I wondered if it is an Atty that is withdrawing or if her petition/request is being withdrawn . . . . (ie: relinquish parental rights over the children)?

I am certain that a Psych Eval would be court ordered if she wanted to continue her relationship with MM. I would venture to guess that she did not comply with any of the court orders or visitation requirements to see MM. Her "princess" child. The favored child (over Sky), yet JB doesn't even try to continue a relationship with little M?

Solomon was right when he said Julia cares more about cleaning the counter than feeding their children. Was Julia ever volitile? Did she act out physically? Did she throw things, hit, scream, break things, hurt the children? What was her power over SM to force him to use toilets elsewhere and not sleep in their bedroom? Why was it so much better to take the children out to eat than bring food in? What level/extent would she go through that made it so unbearable that one would defer to her "power and control" over eating, sleeping, playing, toileting, bathing, etc?

I agree Wenwe. I've felt for a while that she would pull a Terri Horman and not even bother to show up for her visits or do anything that was required of her. Obviously, M is better off without having Julia's influence over her. One visit could wipe out the last few months of progress that M has made since being away from her.

I wish we had answers to all of your questions about Julia. I wholeheartedly believe that Solomon tolerated the situation for as long as he possibly could thinking that if he left he would be able to get the kids but we know that didn't happen. I can't imagine what it must have felt like for Solomon to be dehumanized to the point that he couldn't even use the bathroom in his very own house. It must have been absolute hell for him. I can't imagine how he felt in that year after leaving trying to fight the court systems to gain access to the children. My heart just breaks for him.

I'm wondering who the heck is her attorney anyway?? I think she'd need a different attorney than Veronica Frietas who is a Family Law attorney. http://www.freitaslawgroup.com/about.html

She would probaly need a public defender (who would most likely need to be "Death Penalty Qualified") or a Criminal Defense attorney to represent her for anything having to do with her involvement in Sky's disappearance.

How many attorneys does she have? I have found two other attorneys who have been named in the media as being her attorney.

Ideas anyone?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Freitas was representing her in the divorce proceedings, Wyman was representing her in the custody proceedings for M, and I think Flennaugh must be her defense attorney.

Thanks, GARV. How in the heck is she affording all of these attorneys?? Perhaps they're donating services but that seems foolish to me.

Do you know how you came across that info? It's okay if you don't remember -- I'm just curious because I'd like to figure out who all these people are and how she's able to retain them.

I still am unclear as to why she needs a criminal defense attorney seeing as she hasn't been charged with any sort of crime yet.

[She needs advice how to act. If she is not guilty why?]

Sky baby thousand kisses to you!

Julia's 31st birthday is one week from today. I hope she's in jail to celebrate it.

IDK but I am sure praying she is in need of a criminal defense attorney...soon!

Police used a search-and-rescue dog at Biryukova's apartment on Monday, not a cadaver dog as some had speculated.

search-and-rescue dogs found the boy's scent in the car but not in the surrounding area.

Why? Why would they not use a cadaver dog?? They might have missed some important evidence if they never brought in cadaver dogs! Can anyone find evidence of LE using a cadaver dog in the searches at any point? I thought I recalled something about them bringing a cadaver dog to search JB's apartment but the above quote says differently.

I have also spent few hours looking for articles or anything that said cadaver dogs had been used. I found NOTHING.

Apparently only Search and Rescue dogs were used to try to pick up the scent of an alive Sky. The only reason I have ever seen that they gave was that JB reported that Sky was kidnapped and they were looking for an alive Sky based on that information.

IDK why LE thought they'd go searching for Sky at Julia's Redmond apartment when Sky was reportedly kidnapped out of the car in Bellevue. Sky couldn't have gone home....why were they searching for an alive Sky there? Just doesn't make any sense to me.

I've been doing some research and, apparently, cadaver dogs are a type of search and rescue dog. So, maybe LE was using cadaver dogs but didn't call them that? If that's the case, I think it's weird that MSM was reporting the distinction....search and rescue dogs were used but cadaver dogs most certainly were not. Why make the distinction, then?

Who knows why they clarified or used those words. Maybe the reason that we don't understand it is because we are not the ones LE had in mind when they chose to use that wording. It could have been so that the person responsible didn't go further to the deep end. KWIM?

Another thought:
Why would they get a hit of an alive Sky on the garbage chute? Could JB have recently been getting rid of all of Sky's belongings or items that he had touched at some point? Would she just walk by and shove them/drop the items through the chute if they were clothes, blankets, sheets, shoes, towels? If it were me, I wouldn't bag those items up since they could be easily stacked and carried by themselves. (But I am also thrifty and I wouldn't want to use one of my kitchen garbage bags for that.) Although, I would use a saved grocery bag if I really needed to bag it first. If a grocery bag had been used, that wouldn't necessarily be air-tight so, could his scent possibly have been picked up if that were the case?

Princesspjs -- did you see an article in MSM saying that LE used dogs to search the trash chutes in JB's building?

I found this in an article:

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- KING 5 News has learned that authorities searching for missing two-year-old Sky Metalwala inspected two garbage transfer stations and a landfill on Tuesday and now believe there is the possibility that they may need to begin digging through 50,000 tons of garbage.

FBI agents, among other law enforcement, visited the Houghton Transfer Station in Kirkland and the Factoria Transfer Station in Bellevue, as well as the Cedar Hills landfill where garbage that passes through those facilities is buried.

No information on what they found was provided. It is not uncommon in cases like this to trace garbage. Earlier this week authorities searched Dumpsters and trash chutes in the building where Julia Biryukova lives with her children.

But it only says the trash chutes were searched -- not how. BBM. I wonder, did they just search the chutes looking for Sky, use search and rescue dogs, or use cadaver dogs (if there is a difference).

Here's a quote backing up part of what you wrote, GARV. The article is from November 10th:

Biryukova has hired a new attorney -- Robert Flennaugh, a Seattle lawyer who specializes in criminal defense law.

http://www.king5.com/news/local/sky...declines-request-for-polygraph-133499358.html

And then this is published on November 18th -- days after Robert Flennaugh was retained. Seems Veronica Freitas is working more than just the divorce attorney angle:

One of Biryukova's lawyers, Veronica Freitas, challenged the police assertions that Biryukova has not cooperated.

"She gave them her home, car, computer, cellphone. She talked to them for hours. What else is she supposed to do?" Freitas said last week.

Freitas said she advised Biryukova not to take a polygraph test because Biryukova is emotionally overwhelmed and the tests are notoriously unreliable.

A second Biryukova attorney, Robert Flennaugh, has said in an email that his office does not discuss ongoing cases.

I'm sure he loved that VF is speaking to the media about the case, then.

So, JB has THREE lawyers. How is that possible??!

I think she would have bagged items belonging to Sky multiple times, given her history of bagging things (I'm thinking of the Tide bottle in that photo) and because she would think (in her mind) that this would make them harder to find or that they wouldn't be noticed as easily. I think she would use trash bags. Just my two cents, Ppjs!

Maybe we can glean more info by taking another look at Solomon's court documents....maybe get some more insight into Julia's behavior and style?

http://images.bimedia.net/documents/Decl+of+Solomon+Metalwala.pdf

I see people posting on Sky's various facebook pages and they're asking if he's been found yet. This troubles me. LE's not talking and MSM isn't able to spread any new word because they don't have any material to work with. This means people are forgetting and they think Sky must have been found. If LE didn't find anything of value out at Watershed Park, then why are they so tight-lipped? It seemed like they were desperate for public awareness (and tips) prior to that search. It makes me think they're bluffing and they really did find something of evidentiary value out there.

We can't let Sky be forgotten! Take a look at the old court documents and see if anything new strikes you.

LE are experienced people, and J story was "light":
~ who will leave sick baby alone and walk with healthy one .....
~ story about gas was fake
~ if they find that is not trace of baby, that even dogs can't feel it, they make their conclusions, but I am sure they investigated and followed every
step she did and does
~ her decision to not talk and to not take a lie detector test proove that she is afraid.
~ she takes lawyers before she is officially accused means that LE investigated and probably talked with her, she's afraid. She has bad dreams if she can sleep - I can't!

[ Just wondering who pay it???? ]

I just hope that baby Sky is with her friends alive.

Sky we are here every day checking for you!

Snipped the above for space.

Thank you Rougelatete for posting the Declaration and suggesting we review. I needed a refresher!

I continue to pray everyday for Sky, Solomon and M! Sky where are you?
