Any problems with concept of presumption of innocence...no!

Do you presume Ms. Anthony innocent at this time? I don't know. You don't know??? You must presume her innocent throughout this process. She would be innocent.

Not so good...Once His Honor seats the jury panel and the alternates he will give them one day before the start of opening statements...so, possibly by Thursday????
 
She doesn't sound like someone who wants to get off this jury IMO
 
State may inquire.

State asking for specific news shows she may have seen......last time she really saw anything was in 2008 when story was fresh in both local and natiponal and usually watches nbc and occassionally watches today show. Remembers baez from today show.
 
Oh Boy! She recognizes Baez. He seems pleased.
