Video of KC and Baez Crying together to be released UPDATE BAEZ THREATENS TO SUE

In fact, EVERYONE reacted exactly the same as Casey, both times. George and Cindy went to JBP and caused a scene. JB did not head immediately to the jail when the news from JBP went on air. Casey wandered back to her cell calmly.

Suburban Drive, Casey freaks out and wants meds, George and Cindy send out a press release about being hopeful it is not Caylee and stay in their home, and JB makes a mad dash to the jail.
So do you think everyone was involved in the cover up? Personally, I always thought the search at JBP would turn up nothing. More of Padilla's shennigans. JMO.

IMO

Oh and the jail probably released them to the Prosecutor, therefore maybe they released it to Baez in Doc Dumps or they are going to, once they do that, it is under the Sunshine Law I believe. (Not real sure) someone correct me please if I have it wrong.

Which I don't know a lot about Florida Law, and I don't know for certain, but Attorney Client Privilege only includes audio of what they are saying.....

Unless they are playing charades, there won't be any information that we should not know on the video.

Unless we can find a LIP READER!!!:woohoo:

Well, sure. However, it was stated that bones were found. LP or no LP, bones were found and LATER determined to be animal.

Ok, let me preface my thoughts by saying I am convinced KC is guilty - just wanted to get that out of the way!

Here we go: There is a major difference in the blanchard park 'discovery' and the discovery of Caylee on Suburban Drive. KC happened to be watching Tv when the news came on about blanchard. Reports were, if I remember correctly, one or two 'possible' bones. that's it - nothig more, nada, zip. Media was very careful about telling people not to make too much of this. So, it was a big nothing and KC didn't react to however much of it that she saw.

Fast forward to Suburban: No one, I repeat, NO ONE had any doubts about who it was that was found. We all knew, the media knew, LE knew and the Anthonys knew - no matter what they said. There was no question as to whether these were human remains, there was no question that this was a child. KC was brought from her cell to the Medical (?) area and when she was told, she reacted.

My question to everyone here is: IF this had all played out at Blanchard Park the same way, don't you think KC would have reacted the same way when brought to the Medical area and told 'officially'?

Everyone is making a big deal out of how she reacted during the Blanchard Park incident. How do we know she did not react the same way about Suburban UNTIL she was notified that it was a little girls remains that were found? If she had been watching TV when the news hit about Suburban, might she have acted as indifferently as she did at Blanchard and then have her 'reaction' when she was told it was a little girl's remains?

I think you are comparing apples to oranges here - two completely different scenarios and one can not be compared to the other because we don't know what her initial reaction would have been IF she was watching TV when the Suburban find was first broadcast, before she was told about it by Jail personnel. I hope I am clear about what I am trying to say. I know what I mean, but I am not sure I getting it down the way I want to.

The Orlando Sentinel has learned Casey Anthony's attorney appeared to cry and wipe his eyes while meeting with her on Dec. 11 at the jail - the day the remains of a small child were found near the Anthony home.

Casey Anthony, however, seemed angry and had her arms crossed and looked away during the meeting, a source told the Sentinel.

Local 6 reports:

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony and her attorney cried together in the Orange County Jail when he visited his client on the day her daughter's remains were discovered, and the sobbing was captured on videotape, Local 6 News reporter Jessica D'Onofrio has learned.

:waitasec::waitasec::waitasec: So, who has it right? Guess we will have to wait to see the video with OUR own eyes.:rolleyes:

Good Point. You are so right. I hadn't actually stopped to think about other reactions as well-----makes you wonder who all knew?! As for LP, if I were searching for a missing person , bones are bones, and that could not be comforting ever, no matter what!

Hi Mac! IIRC, KC wasn't told of the remains find. She saw it on tv while waiting after she was escorted to medical.

ETA I think she was 'officially' told when the identity was verified.

Hey Paintr: I thought I had read that she was told by a chaplain in the medical area, not that she saw it on TV, there. If what you say is true then my opinion would change immediately. I thought the difference was that she reacted when she was 'told' about it, not when she saw something about it on TV.

Now, I need to go back and see if I can find the exact wording. Ah well, I didn't have anything else planned for the next hour or so :)

The articles says "Baez plans to file sanctions to keep the video from being released to the public." First of all, what is "filing sanctions"? He would file a motion to prevent the video from release (or some motion seeking emergent relief or some such but why do reporters use stuff like "filing sanctions"?) Anyhow....if there is no such motion on file, I don't see why the jail couldn't release it now.

I must say, although the full impact of Florida's sunshine laws and their application sometimes shocks me, Baez is an attorney practicing criminal law in Florida. He should know these laws and the manner in which they have been previously applied in criminal cases. He shouldn't be acting like these releases are a shock to him.

I understand what you're saying but I tend to disagree. Maybe it's my bias showing. At the time the info of JBP was released, iirc, there was much discussion about her calmly walking away. Now, put yourself in the position of an innocent mother. You're watching TV and they're showing the well publicized LP search of the Little Econ River for the remains of your child. He is searching in the area you claim you last saw your child. The media announces the divers have come up with toys and small bones and are continuing to look. Jail personnel escort you to your cell and you calmly go along.

Not this mom. Frankly, if someone had tried to escort me away from viewing this when it happened, they'd have been in serious danger and I'm not in jail; it's not my child.

When one compares this to her alleged reaction to unidentified remains found but not found near the last place she alleges she saw her daughter and one can make some rational inferences, imo.

Good Point. You are so right. I hadn't actually stopped to think about other reactions as well-----makes you wonder who all knew?! As for LP, if I were searching for a missing person , bones are bones, and that could not be comforting ever, no matter what!

She's got a habit of that. Being so right, I mean. Once again, sitting there in her rightness being right!

With all due respect, I think you have to do more stretching to treat the two incidents as apples and oranges than to see them as comparable. I recall it was big news, at least for a while, the day divers supposedly found bones at JBP. It was covered a lot, despite the involvement of LP and how different people feel about him, because LE and the A's rushed to the scene. They were downright angry, and seemed adamant there could be nothing there. Given that by then, Casey had apparently told her family the "new" story about the snatching of Caylee in that very park, it seems telling. Casey had gone out of her way to inject the park into her story -- playing there, lost phone, finally, kidnapping there. It seems very strange to be certain nothing of significance could be found there.

I just want to see in this tape if JB had a box of tissues for KC or did KC use her thumb to wipe the "tears" away or did she use JB's clothing?

I was wondering that too--and what part of the clothing was it, if so?

Well, HMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!
I have been wondering since this is right after the TV and nurses station event that JB was in the jail waiting to see KC. They went to the "class room" where KC was giving JB a lesson in "THROWING A FIT". Throwing a fit about her baby being found would not look good for her.

This is the only thang I can figure out that might be worse than and "hands on treatment". She wasn't possed to know that the skull belonged to Caylee and I can just see her--------shaking her fist and throwin her self around and JB trying to calm her down.

I can hear him saying------"You have to calm down because we are on camera"
her--"who gives a crap, do you know what this means?"
him--"yes, I know what this means and you need to calm down"

I don't need to hear the words they are saying, actions speak louder than words. Dang, sure wished I could read lips.

I'm hoping there is also a video of someone telling KC that the remains were positively identified as her daughters. To see all three videos would be something. I think she will show more crying, and "sadness" in the Dec 11th video, when she learned she was screwed! I bet when she found out for sure it was caylee, there will be far less emotions! She already knew that!

I agree, as it pertains to the witnesses. Amy could be fired from many jobs based on what they released about her in the document dumps- many companies have a no-drug policy. Its very damaging without any real benefit.

Perhaps they could release the text of things but not names attached - but there's no way "sleuths" like us and the media wouldn't figure it out.

Other states have no sunshine laws, and they all are fine. I just learned that the federal version - the freedom of information act - allows 3rd parties to enjoin the release of personal information. The Supreme Court said the law is supposed to be about proper functioning of GOVERNMENT, not private parties. Hopefully the states will move towards that type of law- under that, things like the tips and LE's follow up would be released (to show that OCSO and the SA are doing their jobs), but not personal information like GAs suicide note. (How does that shine sunshine onto the working of government??) oy

I agree with the Sunshine Laws in FL
If the company that Amy works for has a no-drug policy and she is in violation then she should be fired regardless of any other circumstances...

it just serves as a reminder that people need to think twice about the bad choices they make!

I think the important thing to remember is that Caylee's body had not been identified. They had just found a child's remains in the woods.

You're right. What I wonder about is what exactly did they tell her was found? Thinking back to her alleged reaction to Padilla's river search when she was said to have went back to her cell with no reaction, evidently being informed that something was found in this location incited a severe reaction this time.

Why in the heck would JB be crying???? I don't get it.....:waitasec:

i can not believe that all you sleuthers dont get it, it is a ploy.........THEY, KC AND BAEZ WANT US TO CRITICIZE THEM

Yeppers - any chance to whine is a good day for defense !
