WOW Geraldo's face priceless.. lol I really wish someone would tell him the right day and month court is.. this is really bugging me .. jmo
 
My take after watching Geraldo is:

Baez wouldn't even comment on kidnapping

LE said that they are treating it as if Caylee is alive, but said several times that they are "letting the evidence lead us"

Padilla did say that this has nothing to do with a kidnapping


Could anyone make out what Padilla said about New York? Is he talking about up to the time Tony went to New York or Casey calling New York? Time was short and he was yapping so fast and furiously that I couldn't catch it all.

He owns the house on Glenwood where he and Ricardo Morales (an ex-BF of Casey, per the arrest affidavit) live, and where Casey stayed for an unknown period of time during her break for freedom. Ricardo is now dating Amy, and the arrest affidavit says that she is living there, too.

Amy is the woman Casey was planning to share an apartment with, according to an early June myspace post. She is also the woman from whom Casey stole $700 in cash while she slept, and another $300 by forging a check she found in Amy's car during the time she was borrowing it (July 8-15) during Amy's vacation in Puerto Rico.

Interestingly, there is also a PR connection with JP Chatt.

When the theory about JP being Caylee's father was being discussed, I looked at the records on the condo. Must be nice at 25 to own a $300k condo. Casey has some interesting friends.
I also found a document giving JP power of atty that was signed by Joseph and Debra Chatt.

He said that is where she (Casey) dropped her (Caylee) off to someone.

She's on JP's facebook and I think Morales's also.
She's in Miami but it looks like she's the Dominican Republic's Ops manager.

There's also more than one Baez on Facebook's associated with Casey.

I found this on August 8th, I think by pulling up Joseph and Debra Chatt after seeing the power of atty doc that they signed so JP could buy the condo.
I posted it on in-sessions but all they do is argue and bad mouth the GP's.
The rude posters got the board shut down for the night.
I'd tried registering here several times before opening an e-mail account WS accepted.

I don't think JP Chatt would be someone Cindy would want named as the father.
Instead of a nice child support check for Casey it would likely be a custody battle that the Anthony's couldn't win with the resources the Chatt's appear to have.

The LE statements were carefully worded to give the tot mom a false sense of security....to make her more relaxed so she slips up.

My theory on this is they (LE) have 100% solid DNA evidence to back a charge but need more info...they know they are dealing with a group of mentally ill people...(the whole family) so they needed them to feel more relaxed so they get more info.

So I think they have the DNA evidence but they need the body.

BUT...as stated in my first Theory....the body will never be found...for it was eaten....by an alligator.

I don't know about the alligator theory, but I'm in total agreement with the rest. The LE want a body to tie up every loose end with the rest of the DNA that they now have. The more Casey thinks her lies are getting results, the more she will talk. LE was very careful to walk the line tonight but they knew Geraldo would run with it. JMHO

The jailbird that allegedly was told by Casey "she (Caylee) is with my ex-boyfriend" had no GOOD reason to lie. If it is because he hated Casey or wanted attention he would have said that Casey said "I killed her."

Unless it was determined with certainty she never said this she could have been referring to 4 people (that we know of):

Tony (who could be considered an ex as of July 16th)
Jesse
Ricardo
Jesus (the guy who died in a car wreck-as in heaven)

The police looked into the guys claims and found he was not in Casey's vicinity long enough to have had opportunity to speak with her. He walked by her holding cell with officers but that was the extent of it.

I was hot weeks ago, but some of the posters at in-sessions would rather waste 500 posts talking about how disfunctional the Anthony's are and making fun of Cindy than actually discussing the case. That's what I like about this board, even though I don't agree with everyone, they actually try to get to the bottom of things. At least from what I've seen.

yes they do.. can turn a lead into shreads .. and I mean that in a good way.. jmo

I just remembered something I heard on tv yesterday. wish I would of paid more attention. but gosh I know it was fox news channel. thats all i have on .. but heard that the anthony's had to file for their 401k to get casey out of trouble . can't remember when they did this . gosh I wish that was brought more to light.. have you heard anything on this Chicana?
 
I can't find a site in Orange County to access personal property records. Real estate and recorded docs are accessible but not auto ownership records. In my state I can look on-line by name and find out what kind of vehicle they drive and where it's registered. By address, I can find anybody that has a vehicle registered there. It's a good tool to locate someone. Does anybody know if these records are accessible online in Florida ?

I think I've heard about as much as you on that. I haven't seen anywhere except NG that she ran up $45k.

I lived in miami lakes for 3 yrs and I to this day do not understand how they run the auto part of it. there are little places in strip malls all over to get plates and register ur cars.. its totally wierd there.. ss can't help you..
