OMG! JB just asks CC is he was at the Anthony home on June 16th when Caylee Anthony drowned. He says no. JB says no further questions!
 
Casey went outside when she was on the phone.

Casey would shop, do laundry, cook, once she "moved in."

CC had an apple pc.

Casey had a pc laptop.

Everyone used their own pcs.

She seemed happy, excited about life.

Social? once or twice, at a friends apt. doesn't remember the second time.

Never met G or C. Never went to hopespring drive.

No clothing or toys in June for Caylee. One book.

Never told him Caylee was missing or asked for help finding her.

July 15, not there when CA came and got Casey.

Met Lee that night. Lee seemed calm, but worried.

Lee picked up Casey's bag from TL's bedroom.

No contact after that night with Lee or Casey.

Cross exam now.

Were you in Casey's home on June 16 when Caylee drowned? no
 
What? Were you at Anthony Home when Caylee Drowned?
No more questions?


Okay I see, he will ask them all this because in his mind none of their testimony is relevant.
 
Can not believe HHJP let JB ask that question - drowning is not a fact and not in evidence!

Wow, HHJP is very on edge today. When he is giving the SA crap, you know it is not a day to test the judge. :eek:
 
hummm HHJP seems really pissed at the SAs for some reason. He's been super snarky with them.
 
Man this judge is testy this morning. Whats wrong with him?? And he was wrong not to sustain the objection by George about facts not in evidence. There is no evidence Caylee drowned.
 
OK So that's why we cannot hear the lawyers - they have shut off their mics and Judge Perry just told them that he cannot hear them. He said "As I told ya'll in the back, it's up to you to leave your mikes on, but if you turn them off I cannot hear you."

Mr George made an objection to the one question JB asked Campana and the judge nor the court reporter heard it.

Maybe they'll turn them on now so we can hear them. ARGGGHHHHH

LORD HELP US. Guess we're going to have to put up with this farce from Baez with every witness ... still cannot get over this ridiculous strategy, may have had a minor bit of cred without the Kronk factor. Sheesh.
 
Baez asking if CC was present on the 16th when "Caylee drown", CC replied; "no" state objected to but their mic was off. HBJP reminded them he cannot hear them and neither can the court reported so the objection was not on record. George turned on the mic and repeated objection, it was overruled.
