Im confused about "buck" is this an alter ego?? where did this come from?

I think you are onto something with the stripper thing. What if Dale was/is a male escort for men? Maybe that was Why that person suggested Michelle was an escort. To deflect the attn away from Dale. Isn't Craigslist know for escort services? Maybe that's why Dale was on there. Advertising? Michelle found out...

Ok, well like I said earlier, its easy to make someone something theyre not when you have it set in your mind that they are. I didn't say he was a stripper, so not sure how you got that out of my post, but oh well. And I would think that someone would have come forward already with that info, even if its just to get thier 5 mins of fame. Lots of people like that in Florida.

We don't know, but perhaps Michelle left a diary that LE hasn't released. Or some sort of papers or blog. I would imagine she left something because both her family and LE jumped on the case so fast when she went missing...I mean, how often is someone reported missing and LE steps in within 3 1/2 to 4 hours or so? That fast? Unusual, IMO. There had to be a reason, otherwise LE never jumps in that fast. No, there had to be something she left or said to cause her family to be so concerned so quickly and for LE to start investigating so quickly. Something that LE is keeping from the public and media and that caused them to both start searching within hours and then to name DS as prime suspect within days...thereby putting DS right smack in the middle of that "grassy knoll", so to speak.

So I really think there's a diary or papers or even just a confidence told to close relatives or friends that LE has been aware of from the beginning.

I agree, someone would have come forward with that info.....but maybe someone already has? Just speculating here but LE hasn't released much, and for good reason--they're building an airtight case and are wise to keep media out of it.

Btw, you stated in an earlier post that DS was shirtless in some pics and would that make him a stripper....golly, I've never seen those pics but he is a buff guy, so why not? Anything is possible. Lol. I do vaguely remember seeing him in a cowboy hat tho I can't remember where....But I remember he looked buff in it, lol. Jmo. :). In any event, I hope LE has everything they need to find Michelle and if she's been harmed get a quick conviction. :)

Yes! Often those who feel danger tell their closest friends & family that if something happens to me here's what to do. I remember an early interview with Lauren in which she said Michelle feared for her life. I bet she wrote down some stuff and they found it. That could be why DS was named so quickly and like you said why LE jumped on the case within hours.

The police follow procedures of risk assessment. When a person reported missing is either considered vulnerable or “high risk” they often will start working immediately to locate this person.
Now if there is a diary, maybe it will eventually come "out" that I was right about Dale using Craig's List to date men & women.
 
Hmmm...you know maybe she kept some notes on her iPhone. Even if they were deleted, the file stays and also when you sync it to the computer, it pulls and updates the file there also. So, not only would notes be on the phone they would also be in 2 other places other than what is visible to reader and left in tact. jmo

I don't get the impression the silence is strategic.

I hope you're right but that sounds like wishful thinking to me.

Respectfully, I will have to disagree. Too much was released in the Anthony case. OPD doesn't and won't release any info to the public that will jeopardize their case. Why should they? They need it air tight and not another fiasco like the case I just referenced. jmo

While I do believe that it's good to look at every possible angle in a case, I have to agree with you that DSJr is likely no stripper...he's a little long in the tooth for that. And I think those hot body pictures were from some time ago. He doesn't appear to look like that these days.

And I also agree that if there was some sordid background on either DSJr or Michelle then it would have hit the news by now.

Although DSJr did seem to frequent the Dragoncon conventions which have a bit of a "anything goes" reputation. And I would imagine that whatever happens at Dragoncon, stays at Dragoncon. I have no idea what habits Michelle may have had because as the victim, very little makes it into MSM.

No matter what the cause, I do believe this is a case of domestic violence gone bad. And argument about something that went horribly wrong and a lot of lives have been destroyed because of it. These things never work out well for the suspect either. Either LE or karma will get them, hopefully sooner rather than later.

With the Sunshine laws in Florida, I have to believe that LE learned their lesson from the Anthony case. I don't think you'll see any arrests on cases that have media interest until everything is gathered and the case is airtight and ready to go.

I think so too. Basically cold, no new info, hardly any old info except circumstantial cell phone pings. Unfortunately I don't think LE has any idea what happened.

It doesn't say who is doing the event, only that it is a fund raiser for the trust fund to aid in the search efforts I think. I would have to go back and re read it. Still nothing new on her FB page. I was hoping there would be some updates on how things are going, but I know LE doesn't really tell the family much anymore. It is the same with some of the other case. I read that the families are in the dark and frustrated at time.

I can see Craigslist escort, ut I have to agree with you on him not being able to pull off being a stripper. Only thing hot about Dale is his temper.
 
I have been watching the TV show Disappeared. And the families go for YEARS with just having weekly telephone meetings with the police...sometimes 1 three or even 8 years go by before ANY breaks in cases are made. What I have gathered, is that as long as the families stay in contact with LE, an investigation continues....
