Baez says "security issue" he's talking in circles. Security for KC, blach blach, he's not speaking effectively, imo
 
OHHHH...JB laying his cards on the table....thought he said the other day that it was not in his client's best interest to show her cards....LMAO
 
JB is saying that there have been violent protests in front of the anthony home, as well as media..."strictly a security issue"
 
Thanks EVERYONE!!! Is KC there -- I don't see her at the table unless I'm missing something. Baez isn't that polished - should take some public speaking classes. He's tripping over his words, saying um - think he knows "The Strick" is gonna tell him to take a hike.

Baez...describing the motion to seal. The biggest issue we have a security issue.

Almost sounds like he dosent beleive what he is saying. Uh... He feels stupid.
 
This is one of Baez's first motions ....Baez says he will explain their position .

Says his biggest issue is security...mentions 1/2 million bond & restrictions.

Security can handle protestors, violence, and media up to this point....says keeping things a secret is strictly security.

Baez will leave it to discretion of court. Baez cannot understand why State is objecting. Baez wants to make Court aware of situation that Miss Anthony needs protection. There is imminent security risk.
