Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe Tribal Fire Department members searched through a Dumpster on East Tomah Road in Mt. Pleasant Saturday evening, looking for clues on the whereabouts of 4-year-old Carnel Chamberlain, who went missing from his home on Tomah Thursday night.

“I just want him home, I don’t care what happened,” Jaimee said, and another person in the crowd at the home added, “We just want a safe return.”

“I want to say to whoever has him, can you please bring my son home? I just want him back, I’ll give whatever amount of money or I don’t care what. I just want him home.”

Mom is named in the above MSM article so I guess that means it is now ok to link to/sleuth the social networking info.

We still don't know what hours she worked Thursday. What time she arrived home to find Carnel missing....... Who else may have seen Carnel Thursday and what time the bf last saw him.

very very hinky the bf is no longer talking to police.

All I know is she came home at 930 pm from work - couldnt find him, asked BF where he was, he said idk

I assume that she then ran around frantic looking before they called tribal police

I think BF is last one to see him.

There is tonsssssssssssssss of support via the tribe -- the casino shuttles ran the searchers around - they had tubs and tubs of water, sandwiches, granola bars, fruit , etc.... they had a what do you call those things -- like an off road cart thingy - a gator? - going out to searchers bringing them more stuff. (or extracting them in one womans case who twisted her ankle)

longtallcold, thank-you for volunteering your time to search for this precious lil guy! Just wondering, I know you can't give specifics on search info (nor am I asking you to) ... earlier reports stated le were focusing around the dense woods of the medic centre. Just wondering if they are still concentrating in this area or if it has been expanded?

Thanks again.

So can we sleuth bf, he's mentioned in msm as bf but not named?

If you take the A marker on your map and go straight East to Shepherd Road...we were dropped of at that building you see. We started behind it and walked toward Leaton Rd from there (your A marker) WE got to that dirt road right before the dense woods when we were called back.

Something tells me we will start at the dirt road tomorrow and there were some thick stuff at the entrance . And you are told to go over or through whatever is in your line -- not around.

ETA: The left flank started in the woods to the south and the right flank started right about smack dab in middle of back of building

Initial reports indicated that police did not suspect foul play in Carnel’s disappearance, but a statement released by the tribe’s public relation’s department early Saturday said that police now “believe his disappearance is suspicious.” The statement goes on the say that Tribal Police are focusing on Jaimee Chamberlain’s boyfriend, who has not “fully cooperated with this investigation.” “The boyfriend isn’t talking to police but (Jaimee) is fully cooperative,” Hadden said Saturday evening.

Mod's since Jaimee's bf has been indicated as a person of interest by LE, and she names him on her FB page, can we sleuth him?

tia

Is it possible MSM is not able to fully report due to the Tribal authorities? I.e, if the players are tribal members?

If said person lawyers up, why aren't we hearing about said lawyer? MOO - not sleuthing him, just wondering.

This isn't looking/sounding good...

I'm going to bet his name is in the media soon. Anyhoo. Lawyering up is one thing. Not speaking with police is another.

If the media is reading this thread, here are some questions we have:

What hours did mom work Thursday?
Who else was at the house thursday (maybe not names, but say aunt, grandma etc.)?
Can anyone at the home Thursday confirm when they last saw Carnel alive and well?
Have cadaver dogs been taken through the home and on the property of the home?

My concern is if mom worked an 8 hour shift and if something happened to Carnel earlier in the day that is a great many hours to drive away from the location he was reportedly last seen. I hope LE is checking for cell phone pings if bf had a cell phone, or gps if bf or whomever he may have been with car has gps.

Locals, how good is cell phone reception in the immediate area surrounding moms home? I know when my family vacations in the UP we can not get cell phone reception in the area of the cabin we rent, but only get reception in town.

I agree, this isn't looking/sounding good. :(

I just have to say, on the mom's FB I just stared at a picture uploaded on May 20th for 5 minutes thinking WTH kind of hot dog is that...

Cell phone reception is fine there - its rural surrounding the house and search areas but blocks away from town.
