Blink...I think you're on to something with Casey saying to the inmate that Caylee is with her ex bf (presumably the dead one) but she's had a few ex's, so who knows, Anyway, I was thinking about her comment to her mother that "she feels that Caylee is close by". You know when people lose a loved one, they often say they feel that person is close by, around them. When she made that statement, it gave me the creeps and even more so now.

Murder, I absolutely agree, Lee asked if she felt Caylee was ok, Casey says she still is ok and close- absolutely what I thought at the time, this last comment confirmed it..
I respectfully disagree about the drug use though, what would a person have to steal so much for then? And I think she did look haggard she was in withdrawl at the first bond hearing.. She said she had not slept in 4 days, no statement that she has had a problem sleeping ( or passing out) before, jmho

Same here... and remember, that was not media spin... that was court testimony...

I said it yesterday and I'll say it again, I am of the opinion that any time and/or energy spent on this "kidnap" story is time and/or energy wasted. Casey Anthony knows when, where and what exactly happened to Caylee, and she knows exactly where she is now.

As of yesterday at least, his MySpace profile photo included he and a male friend - I believe he's wearing a striped long-sleeved shirt in the photo....

Yup...I heard it. You know, I do think there is something truly wrong with Casey...obviously there was enough in the psych eval to not alter bond (do LE also present more info at this time?)...I really believe that the parents would have done more to help move this case forward if they had addressed their concerns for their daughter ("I don't know what's wrong...I don't know why she's saying/doing these things...it makes no sense...she needs help") and didn't try to refute every damn thing that's being said. Taking that stance wouldn't have automatically assigned guilt to Casey. GPs would have been seen in a more favorable light. The way it is now, GM looks ridiculous (and exhausted BTW) when she says things like Casey continued to frequent clubs as to not send up "red flags". If they had both acknowledged there was something wrong with Casey (something for specialists to ascertain) then the spotlight would have always been on locating Caylee...as it should be. JMHO

i think stuart in only about 11/2 to 2 hours from orlando, depending on which part

you're right...I can look through photo albums of my own daughter and find many bumps and bruises.
I was just curious if this was the photo that was reported as being given to LE a week or so ago...

I understand that people want to believe this little girl is alive, but I don' t see it. The mere fact of her never reporting her daughter missing for a month and the grandmother ending up doing it for her....plus all the lies about the babysitter, the ex boyfriend, just about everything she has said.

To me, if there was any explanation that did not involve Casey being culpable, she would have broken down and told someone by now.

I couldn't agree with you more. She is too selfish to sit in jail if she didn't do anything.

Sorry, I don't believe it, no evidence to support it. The ex boyfriend cop kills the child and lets this ditz party girl do the dirty work of carting around the dead body and she doesn't confess to anyone either before or after the police getting involved...

If there was a REAL PERSON she could pin this on, she would have done it already.

Yeah, I don't think Jeff Hopkins is the guy in the picture with Casey with blonde hair. But I still think that guy looks like Caylee.

The reason why I bring this up is because of the report last week by LE that they had a tip from a hairdresser who said she saw Caylee and the child had bruises all over and a mark under one eye. LE said someone came forward with a cell phone picture showing Caylee with the mark under her eye.

I think this is a missing piece of the puzzle. Sometime between July 16 and now, LE has received tips from people and have interviewed friends of Casey's in regards to the last time they saw Caylee.

LE has tips from a hairdresser and another individual with a picture on their cell phone of Caylee with bruises. What we don't know is how this fits into the time line. Did the hairdresser see Caylee after June 16th? Who was Caylee with when the hairdresser saw her? Who took the picture of Caylee and when was that picture taken? Was the picture taken before or after June 16?

This is an important clue, and I wish LE would let us know the dates on the hairdresser tip and the date of the picture.

In the affidavit it states Jeff Hopkins who worked at Universal right? Now the Anthonys are saying that the Jeff Hopkins that's been tracked down is not the right one? What, there is another Jeff Hopkins that worked at Universal? Riiiiiight. The family is calling everyone and playing damage control and CYA. I hope they are very very careful with their words when they talk to these people. Because they are walking a very fine line with obstruction of justice. Can LE put like a restraining order on the family to keep them away from potential witnesses in a homicide?

Ex-inmate, Travis Nichols, referenced hair and mud/blood found in the car. I didn't know that had been reported. I couldn't tell if he said "mud" or "blood"....
