Can't thank you enough for your updates on this case Darkman00!!

For those of you who haven't read this by now, here are posts by Amy Weber ("Bondage Model" from Michigan), who, with her boyfriend, visited bondage / fetish party on January 21, 2012 (only 3 days before Jane's murder), and sat at the the same table with Master Bob and Bella (aka Rachel)....

The prosecutor should approach Amy to be the first person on the BB character assassination list as a counter to Griem's list. Amy's account of her impression of BB is interesting as her experience points out the two faces of BB. It seems BB was either acting as one character or the other depending on his motive at the time. He must not have felt the need to be polite to the other party goers at the fetish party. Don't you love it? Just because he calls himself 'Master' doesnt mean everyone has to - lol!

Thank you for sharing Amy.

Investigators question Bob Bashara's children about their mother's murder

By: Smita Kalokhe

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Investigators are speaking closely to Bob Bashara’s children as they look into the murder of their mother, Jane.

Sources tell Action News charges against Bob could be brought within a couple months, but for now only handyman Joe Gentz is charged with her murder. The Wayne County Prosecutor’s office says the investigation is on-going.

In an interview with Action News, Bashara’s attorney, David Greim, disregarded any possible charges. “I don’t place much stock in that because we’ve had rumor after rumor after rumor and probably 90% of them have not been factual.”...

-------

Greim claims the investigators unfairly tried to convince the siblings of their father’s involvement, but he went on to say Jessica stood by her father.

“She said, ‘I came away very mad at my father if any of the allegations about other women are true, but I also came away feeling just as strongly as I always have that my father had nothing to do with my mother’s death,’” says Greim...

According to Griem, Jessica is standing by her father. Does that mean that BB's son has begun to accept the truth?

Also Griem is quoted as saying, "Robert Bashara, his children and I are treading water in a lake full of sharks,".
The two people who keep mentioning BB's children are Griem and BB himself. They are using the grown children as tools to suggest that people are wrong to speak out about their suspicions that BB is the mastermind behind the cold blooded killing of the mother of these two young adults. The audacity of some people is beyond comprehension. Griem should be the poster boy for audacity = a: intrepid boldness, or, b: bold or arrogant disregard of normal restraints.

What did Amy think of Bella (RG)?

Woe.be.gone

I am pretty sure she didn't say there what she thought about Rachel...

Maybe drop by her blog ... ask her about it ... and let us know, lol (just kidding) :)

Or tell her to come HERE and participate in the discussion :)

Too scared but what's stopping you? lol!

lol...
Amy is not too talkative (besides her blog(s))

I tried once to ask her something .. and didn't get a straight answer out of her :)

She seems to do better just posting at her blog(s) .. than to "personal communicate" :)

Bob Bashara, Attorney In Court Fight Over Evidence

FOX 2's Amy Lange reports MSP investigators have requested a handwriting sample from Bashara but his attorney David Griem was told by Wayne County Assistant Prosecutor Lisa Lindsey he would not be allowed inside with his client
.
Lindsey says if Griem was there he would be a witness in the case and that can't happen if he is also Bashara's attorney
.
On Wednesday Griem was filing an emergency appeal with Judge Tim Kenny to allow him and his investigator JD Gifford to be present for the handwriting sample.

The article is useful as it lays out the timeline of the main events in the case.
On March 5 Joe Gentz was arraigned on charges of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
On March 6 investigators search RG's house.
Is Rachel involved in the conpiracy? Considering investigators visited her the day after Joe was arrested causes me to think Joe may have mentioned her name.

Bob Bashara in court for hearing over handwriting samples

http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/...mples/-/1719314/10536160/-/mhdlt/-/index.html

"The Local 4 Defenders are in a courtroom with Bob Bashara for an emergency motion filed in his wife’s murder investigation.

The hearing is for whether a search warrant could be granted to order Bashara to give handwriting examples."

Can someone refresh my memory? Wasn't there some kind of a note involved instructing JG? Was he handed a check at any time?
Didn't investigators take anything from BB's home that had his writing on it? Or do they wish to instruct him to write an exact sentence or sequence of numbers to be compared with whatever they have as evidence?

Why couldn't they allow Griem to be present but removed - like looking through a window or something? And he wants to bring a friend?
Give me a break. Can you picture Griem just sitting there quietly as an observer? I can't.

The handwriting sample thingy does make me wonder if they are questioning if someone else may have written whatever it is they have (because BB hasn't been arrested yet).

I saw the "breaking news" about today's court proceedings on the WDIV website but have been following the fast-paced developments in the Trayvon Martain case. Can't concentrate on both. I appreciate the posts here and will check in to get updates.

... Kinda older, but kinda relevant ... and i didn't see it posted before:

Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper stunned at comments from Bashara attorney

Griem just can't keep his mouth shut. Is something wrong with him?
Maybe he needs to retire before he goes over the deep end. Now he's trashing Republicans in relationship to Jane's murder?
By the way, what party does BB support? - that would be interesting to know. Griem's probably offending half the ALT community - lol!

I've been thinking about how the alternative lifestyle fits into the case and, as Griem accuses, results in prejudice against BB due to his involvement in it. I think Griem is making false assumptions. The prejudice against BB comes from the fact that he was parading around with another woman for a long time, making secret plans to further his support of the other woman behind the back of his legal wife who ended up dead. Remove the ALT factor and you still have the murdered wife of a man who continues to claim his devotion to her :maddening: when all the evidence of his lifestyle indicates otherwise. In other words, BB's a liar and that alone, makes him a POI.

guys.. there was also the alleged check that he wrote to big Joe... (re: handwriting)

Must Bob Bashara's attorney be present for handwriting samples?

Defense expert Todd Flood weighs in on Bob Bashara's Wednesday court appearance

... Griem’s contention that he is entitled to be present when Bashara’s handwriting samples are taken is based on Bashara’s constitutional right to counsel. The prosecutor argues that the defendant has no right to counsel when the handwriting samples are taken.

The Sixth Amendment right to counsel extends to all critical stages of proceedings where counsel's absence might harm a criminal defendant's right to a fair trial.

Just as the right to counsel does not extend to the gathering of blood samples or fingerprints from a defendant, the right to counsel does not extend to the taking of handwriting samples. This is because the risk of harm due to attorney absence in those situations is minimal.

The court will likely rule that Griem is not entitled to be present for the handwriting samples.

However, since Bashara has invoked his right to counsel and right to remain silent, the police will not allowed to ask Bashara any questions during this process.

It is apparent that the police are in possession of some evidence that contains an unknown individual’s handwriting.

Wednesday's hearing begs the question: what evidence do the police have that they want to compare Bashara’s handwriting to?
