Apparently, his wife does not want to press charges, but IMO if you are drunk, belligerant, and taunting the cops, then you have literally asked for it.

Who did he hurt?
You could also have DV because he pulled her arm toward the house. Pulling can, in a mighty big stretch, become a DV charge.
Sounds like the typo mentioned above is the most correct - "disturbing the police."
