Reporter asking about the female neighbor next door. LE says her account is not being written off, but everything is being investigated.
 
LE is encouraging the family to speak to the media. One on one interview with a news outlet. LE gave them a list of several local and national news outlets requesting an interview. LE says it would invigorate the public.
 
Detectives are going back and listening to taped interviews and comparing whatever is given early on and see how it fits in later on.

We're not going to reveal all the cards or investigative details you would like to know. You know the reasons for that.

It sounds like various media outlets are sending requests to interview the family and LE is passing along those requests to the parents. LE doesn't know why the parents aren't talking to the media.
 
Detectives followed up on some tips in Mexico and some tips in the state of Sonora.
 
Family is not back in the home. The home has been under their control for several days now. He doesn't know why they haven't gone back; it's their choice. Perhaps they don't feel quite comfortable there.
 
More then likely, the Today Show, Good Morning America, have tried to reach out. It is so important for the family to get on the morning shows to get the word out all over the place.

Not everyone watches Nancy on cable, as lots of people don't have cable, but the stardard TV stations are always available.
 
LE would like the parents to speak to the media. The parents don't want to speak to the media so that the focus remains on Isabel. The parents have avoided media appearances. Why?
 
I honestly don't think they are bluffing, he seemed a bit down, defeated, disappointed.
 
I don't think LE is bluffing. I think they are baffled. JMO
 
The media wants to speak to the parents so the media can focus on getting the word out about Isa through her parents. There is no one better in this entire world to speak about Isa and ask for her to be returned home to her family.
