Mark D. is the fiance of MM a.k.a. 'Cassidy' (Lindsey's mother's best friend). There has been considerable discussion/ speculation regarding him on the general Lindsey Baum thread.

We need his birth information. So far we've found the birth year of 1971 and that he is a Pisces. His place of birth would be helpful, but the DOB is critical.

If anyone can find it, please supply ASAP.

He and other visitors grabbed flyers from volunteers. "I'm gonna post them in Tumwater, Olympia and the Lacey area," he says.

That's exactly what McCleary police, the FBI and the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office want. Law enforcement personnel took advantage of the influx of visitors to familiarize people with Lindsey's plight.

Her mother and this town still hold out hope, as exemplified on a sign at a local store that says simply "Hope & Pray."

"I feel her in my heart. And I know the statistics, but I know she's out there, and I know she's alive. And I want to her to know ... that I'm never going to stop looking for you," says Lindsey's mother, Melissa Baum.

Police also released new photos of Lindsey that were taken at a "Shop with a Cop" event last winter. They show a girl having a good time, with $100 to spend.

Grays Harbor Undersheriff Rick Scott said the dozens of officers, searchers and volunteers who have helped look for Lindsey Baum during the past weeks will be replaced by four to six full-time investigators, according to The Daily World of Aberdeen.

They are charged with putting together the random and scattered clues into a big picture to determine what happened to Baum on June 26.

Baum disappeared two weeks ago while walking home about six blocks in McCleary from her friend&#8217;s house shortly after 9 p.m.

The lively music and bright sunshine swept away much of the cloud that has hung over the small town recently. Many enjoyed the festivities, but could not forget 11-year-old Lindsey Baum, who disappeared from just a few blocks away two weeks ago.

Several volunteers passed out fliers to people coming through town and asked for donations for Baum&#8217;s family.

Strong looked around at hundreds slurping sno-cones and nibbling elephant ears, The festival had gone smoothly, though fewer children attended the kid&#8217;s day events on Friday.

Highly doubtful.

SATURN (the perp) symbolizes an older man.

The only possibility that comes to mind is if the perp learned of Lindsey through her brother, which is not out of the question. However, the chart itself gives no indication that a sibling is connected to the disappearance.

SS Mark D. is a member of classmates & has a profile page! If anyone else is already a member can they open his profile to see if they can find out if his birthdate is listed & if any other info would be helpful for our astrologers? TIA

I also found this genealogy has been gathered from many sources over many years for Descendants of Charles DUNCAN - 4 Sep 2000. I'm not sure if this is a family tree of his or not!! This link to pop up when I googled his name with his middle initial included which is Mark D. D*****. Can someone else take a look at thsi to see if I missed his name in here listed with his birthdate infor or not! WARNING: It is very difficult to view the way it was set up! I tried to look it over, but will need to look at it again later when my eyes get a break from viewing it. LOL

The search for missing 11-year-old Lindsey Baum got nationwide attention when her parents appeared on CBS' 'The Early Show' Monday morning.

&#8220;My heart tells me she is alive; where I don&#8217;t know,&#8221; Melissa Baum, Lindsey&#8217;s mother, said on 'The Early Show.' &#8220;I would give anything to know where she is.&#8221;

Authorities have been working on the theory that she might have run away to Tennessee, where her father lives, but Rick Scott of the Gray&#8217;s Harbor County Sheriff&#8217;s Office said it&#8217;s unlikely that someone her age would be gone this long without &#8220;surfacing in some manner.&#8221; Lindsey&#8217;s father, Scott Baum, a member of the Tennessee National Guard who is deploying to Iraq soon, told authorities that he has not seen or heard from his daughter since her disappearance.

MCCLEARY, Wash. -- While the official search for Lindsey Baum has been scaled back, no one in this town is giving up on finding her.

"We continue to get tips, we continually talk to the public," said McLeary Police Chief George Crumb. "I don't believe they've given up hope."

The investigation, which has involved multiple local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, has turned up nothing.

"Still from day one we haven't gotten any real viable good leads," Crumb said. "Leads keep coming in, but actual things we can work on, nothing has been presented to us."

Detectives don't want to see Lindsey's story disappear from the headlines, because each story could kick loose that one crucial tip.

Do you know his place of birth for are amazing astrolgers? That is also helpful for them for charting too, but the date of birth was need the most! Not asking for much now am I? :biggrin:

In one of his bios on the several RealEstate links posted in the main thread, he indicated he was a lifetime resident of WA.

He is also listed with graduating from 2 HS., Lincoln HS inTacoma WA, (same guy-look at the photo) http://www.classmates.com/directory/public/memberprofile/list.htm?regId=458466811&s=77041 and also Timberline HS in Lacey, Wa. according to his myyearbook page. http://www.myyearbook.com/?mysession=cmVnaXN0cmF0aW9uX3Byb2ZpbGUmdXNlcmlkPTIwNDU5OTY1

Since his current page is active & lists Lacey again, I'm going to guess he was at the one school and made the class pictures for the yearbook but graduated senior yr in Lacey at the other.
( on a personal note, that is exactly what happen to me- I was registered at one HS & had the Senior pics done 1st semester, but moved and graduated from a different HS; made that yearbook as well)
Of course, it could be the other way around for Mr. Duncan.

There is a 26 mi. distance between the 2 towns. I'm leaning more toward Tacoma,WA area as 'likely' his childhood town, possibly birthplace. Hard to say for sure.
 
Mark D. rose more than a couple red flags for many of us & I was relieved to finally get his birth data. Many thanks to Elepher for tracking it down!

I examined Mark D.'s natal chart & found there were absolutely no indications whatsoever of attraction to little girls. Moreover, Mark D.'s chart does not present the type of aspect patterns we often see associated with criminal behavior.

I believe we can safely rule him out. At this time there is really no (astrological) reason to keep him on 'the List'...

I wish we had more knowledge concerning the other adults Lindsey knew/ spoke to/ associated with. The child did not disappear into thin air and I don't think a stranger took her.

This is a guy who has piqued my interest. He was arrested in Grays Harbor on July 10/09. He was picked up for failing to register as Sex/Kidnap Offender. Traced him back to Virginia for the offense. Eric John Cole (55 years old) is on Family Watch Dog (not a very pretty fellow) in Charlottesville, Virginia for "POSS DEPICT MINOR ENG IN SEX ACT".

Elepher, was he residing in McCleary prior to his arrest or is that unknown? Do we have any idea of his occupation(s) or other background info on him? The possibility that he is the 'Eric' Mark H. spoke of is intriguing. Also, since SATURN (the significator of the perp in the Last Seen chart) generally symbolizes older men, his age of 55 fits right in.

I'd like to look at his chart if you or another one of our awesome Sleuths can track down his birth data.

I found obituaries for the sister and mother of the person living on Oak St. They name her two children (Steven of Olympia and James of McCleary) as her mother's only grandchildren and her sister's only nephews. If he is related, he is not claimed as her son. Judging by her mother's and sister's ages, she could be the right age for this person to have been her husband.

BTW, what are the rules in regards to linking such things as these obituaries?
 
If he/EJC is not listed as a family member in the obit, I wouldn't post the link.
We don't want to exploit innocent people in any way.


Have you confirmed he lived on 'Oak' Street prior to his arrest?
 
Cole is self employed - I don't know what he does but he is a rugged looking fellow. Here are screen shots of what I have so far:

Does anyone know where he was born?

We figured out he was busted in 2000 in Thurston County (Olympia), WA and we know there is a warrant out in the State of VA effective Dec 2008. ( links in above posts)
