“Judge Perry steps in the shoes of Judge Strickland and acts as the judge,” Pipitone said. “So there is a presumption there that he operates with that this is a correct order. The defense is going to have to persuade him that it’s not. And Judge Perry is the one who will decide. It’s very unusual. But I don’t think it means necessarily that Judge Perry is going to grant the defense motion because no one is on the other side.”

But Former Hillsborough State Prosecutor Stephen Crawford says the judge is showing his true colors.
"He didn't need to be the judge in this case. He has shown his prejudice and bias. He needs to get off and he did, " Crawford said.
Like in the murder trial, Judge Strickland has now stepped down from the probation case.

Graves said she doesn't think she looks like Casey Anthony, but she admitted that in a ball cap and glasses, she does strike a resemblance. She said their similarities have turned dangerous for her.

Graves said while at the post office last week, she was stalked by an aggressive man who was convinced she was Anthony. She also said her brother, D.M. Blade, was walking with her in their neighborhood near the Anthony's home, when three men in a pickup truck drove by shouting, "baby killer."
"One of the guys charged at me and proceeded to push me to the ground," D.M. Graves said.
