In LC trial he testified and got LWOP, In the davidson trial LD didnt testify and he got death. I think the jury will give him death--does GT have the option to get on the stand today?
 
The defense is saying he's ONLY an aider and abbetter, that he only stood by and didn't do anything, but that's not necessarily true. The scene was cleaned. GT was there. He COULD have raped and murdered.

GT has no prior criminal history. (Why on earth then, if he didn't do anything, didn't he get out of there and get help to stop the crime.)
 
Oh the horrors! GT had no choice but to go live with his mother, father and sister in a little two bedroom house......

Did I really hear that?

Wonder if Stacy will testify for George. They lived together for a year. I think she still cares.

Gee, I guess I abused my daughter by bringing her home to a 900 sq foot two bedroom to live with my husband and me and keeping her there for two years until we could afford something bigger.

Defense is saying that hoping it'll catch on if they say it often enough...doesn't necessarily make it true. In fact, we KNOW Thomas was there, in 800 sq feet, even though his fingerprints weren't found and part of the rapes were almost certainly done by objects. Objects don't generally emit DNA.

I think he could have just gotten caught up in this thing, but really, our society shouldn't have room on the outside for people who sit by and let things like this happen...IF he wasn't an active participant...and he could have been that too.
