I thought that in an early document dump we saw a transcript or some document from Casey's high school showing that she did graduate. In the newly released depos, George and Cindy are still claiming that she didn't.

Can someone help me out here? I have no idea why this bothers me, but I need to know. Did she graduate?
 
Sorry if this has been asked. I'm just wondering why JB and AL have to appear at all these depos? Aren't they between the state and the Anthony family? (and wouldn't the Anthony family ostensibly be not only the defendant's family but the plaintiff's? creating a conflict?) Why are they squatting like buzzards during this and allowed to interject things? Just their presence would be unnerving and would influence GA, CA and LA's answers, I'd think.

I guess the good part is that, because JB and AL were there, the state didn't have to release the transcripts to them first and wait for them to release them to the public at their leisure. We got them right away. Before the CBS show. So we can compare everything to what's coming up. And measure the massive changes that have taken place since July 2008 in their testimonies and interviews.

I too want to get to the bottom of the question of whether or not she has a high school diploma. Since both parents have stated in depositions that she doesn't --where is the evidence that she does? If I recall, the "evidence" was an initial or something on a transcript. If her parents claim she did not graduate (and her LACK of a regular work history also supports that) can we now agree that KC's education does NOT include a high school diploma?
 
I was wondering if there was a thread about Casey Anthony and her own credit cards.

The reason I thought about this is, she is old enough to get one. Usually, when you shop for clothes at stores (especially jr's clothing stores) they badger you about getting one. Why wouldn't she say yes? She knew she would only have to pay the minimum at most once a month...and woo hoo a shopping spree!!!

I wonder if Cindy was paying off those cards as well...you know that's just saying IF Casey had her own credit cards.

The report that she got her diploma came from a code on her hs transcript.LE noted in handwriting in one of the doc dumps on the transcript itself that the code denoted that she had gotten her diploma but did not graduate on time. It could have certainly been in error.
The only question in my mind is if she completed the hs requirements in some other way but just didn't graduate with her class.

QUESTION: What type of disability insurance pays for "mental incapacity"? I mean, all worker's comp policies I know have to do with physical disabilities. And, you are evaluated periodically to determine whether or not your disability payments will continue, not a blanket 2 year coverage because you are too busy making media appearances??? Just wondering

Is this in reference to Cindy stating she is on "disability" leave?

It's possible she is out on disability based on the "Family and Medical Leave" Act".

It has yet to be determined IF Gentiva Home Care has paid money to Cindy or if Cindy HAD a private disability policy or if Gentiva offered a disability insurance through employment or if Cindy is on Social Security Disability.

I doubt very much that Cindy is on Social Security Disabilty and getting all this money from licensing fees as well as all her travels. This wouldn't sit very well with the government.


Cindy can't be out on worker's comp as there would have had to an injury at work.

On Page 29 of Cindy's State Deposition, Cindy states Casey never received her diploma.

Cindy states: Casey was planning on working on her GED last year but we know that didn't happen.

This is kind of hard to search for - the last few days I've been noticing mentions of a "black man" who was incarcerated and something about Cindy trying to blame a black man for losing Zanny's number or something?
 
Has there been any discovery released concerning the biological paternity of Caylee? If the prosection has that evidence, and it hasn't been released, would it have been sealed for privacy concerns?

I remember there was a print screen of her school record and it showed her withdrawal date and withdrawal code and she had a W06 - Graduate. Below is a link to the Florida Department of Education database that shows the codes used for withdrawal. This stuck out to me.

Looks like CA disability could be extended under the diagnosis of PTSD.

Additionally, the article discusses prolonged exposure to a stressful event could extend the duration of PTSD...litigation is named specifically.

Thanks for the link. Page 47 shows her W06 code on May 24, 2004, with a W06 withdrawal code, which means she is considered a graduate.

At the end of a school year, most school software has a program that runs that puts the W06 code on all 12th graders, and then the data processor, or school counselor has to go change the ones that either didn't graduate or graduated with a special diploma, etc... Since the entire family is saying she didn't graduate, but the computer screen shows that she did, either someone forgot to go and make the correction in the computer, or after rechecking her credits then she did have enough to graduate.
 
I have a question, is Casey's bedroom next to the bedroom of Cindy and George?

If not is it close enough for George to hear Casey on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes in the middle of the night?
