Wishing Casey got the DP would be the result of her having a fair trial and due process which is guaranteed in the constitution.
I'm anti- death penalty as I think it's unconstitutional but I know that's a minority opinion. It's one thing to wish someone will die in legal means by the authorities. It's another to wish they have an accident or "someone" exacts justice.
The former is supporting the legal and judicial system. The latter is possibly supporting vigilantism. JMO,

Well I predict if she does, I will be banned for life. Because I would then break each and every rule in the TOS to tell he exactly what I think about her.

I think , regardless of what the guards say, she has been breaking rules in jail. She has probably been a member for a while via JB's computer.
