One director, Charles Streeter, said he resigned over concerns about how Birdsong, who is also a Winter Haven city commissioner, is running the organization."

From my notes, Attorneys Title Center (Jodi Outlaw Mcclanahan) is a part of Samuda & Birdsong in Pembroke Pines, FL.

Cedric also resigned from the CDC; he was providing legal services. CDC is involved in affordable housing developments for the black community in Winter Haven. I bet Shakespeare & Associates was involved somehow. CDC partners with land developers and their receivership of federal/state grants.

The last 10 years have been full of change for Joe Rodman Sr. The former Lakeland Police Department officer left the force in 2004 to pursue his long-held interest in construction.

As a student, he took shop and industrial arts classes, but it wasn't until the building of his home that he decided to make the interest a career. He worked closely with the contractor, NuJak Construction, and with the encouragement of a contact at a local bank, he decided to earn his contractor's license. He received the license in January 2004.

'In the last 10 years, I've been able to put more focus on entrepreneurship and have been able to expand my horizons and use my God-given talents,' he said.

He worked at both LPD and his company, Rodman Development, for a while, but when the hurricanes of 2004 hit, he decided to focus solely on construction.

Today he does residential and commercial projects, grossing more than $500,000 a year. His biggest project thus far, he said, has been a police impound lot in Lakeland. He says he has finally found his true passion, something he loves so much that it doesn't feel like work.

'I can put in 12 hours here and it doesn't bother me. Time isn't a concern,' said Rodman, who also serves on the Lakeland Affordable Housing Advisory committee.

In the next 10 years, he says he'll focus more on developing investment properties. As for where his industry will be: 'I could see more affordable housing. As far as it relates to infrastructure, I think there will be expansions in that area as well.'

And the future of Polk County: 'In 10 years, I think we will have more educational opportunities for our high school graduates as far as higher learning. We will definitely be retaining more of our high school graduates at USF Poly and (Polk State College).'

I realize you can search their name and see all their credentials. Frankly, it doesn't mean a hill of beans. I have no idea who they are...if you have been reading the research, Howard and his wife are criminals who change their identities and commit fraud on a daily basis. It seems bizarre and crazy - but nothing is adding up here. Stitzel and Byrd helped Moore steal everything that Abraham had; and now he's vanished. These people are capable of anything.

To have virtually no civil filings in a county where Barnhill has practiced law for almost 20 years makes no sense. In the google archives, he was Stitzel's partner in a practice when Byrd was in the state Senate. Byrd comes back and Barnhill mysteriously disappears. Stitzel gets into financial trouble and Barnhill mysteriously appears again. He has no mortgage transactions; now that is impossible with this group. It's only a theory to explain the unexplainable.

He lives at 608 Alexander in Plant City; that's the same address Stitzel has used in the past as his residence.

Look at the eyebrows... and take the smug smile off of Barnhill (takes the cheeks and nose down a little) and give me a shaver so I can fix that beard and take it down too... Push Stitzel's hair up from his forehead. As we're facing pics, look at the right side of head/hairlines and jaw shapes. Remember, they will go to any length to do what they do!!!

I'm all for finding the truth, but I'm not for making it up as you go to make stories fit together the way you think they should. You are talking about people here. And in this case, 2 separate people, both lawyers, both with reputations that are tied to their occupations, and both with the ability and know how to sue you if you libel them. I think there is enough evidence at this point to prove they are two separate people. So, what proof do you have that they are the same person?
I believe DM is guilty of something, at the very least impeding a police investigation. I believe she should start telling the truth. I hope that AS is still alive, although with the sheriff suggesting it could be otherwise, it looks less hopeful.

Everything that I post in Websleuths, is Just My Opinion... based on the information and research within my notes and all the posts in Thread #1, #2, #3, #4, and the Financial Thread. As far as I can see, and have learned, "credentials" can be fabricated... perhaps theirs aren't... but hours, days, and weeks of intense research... that has been done by numerous people, seems to show otherwise... it shows an extreme amount of room for serious doubt.

We've posted some rather direct proof to support the doubt. I'm not seeing the evidence that outweighs the doubt... evidence that they are definately 2 separate people... maybe I am missing it, can you show me?


As to the chance of "sue"... I'm not sure... I live a rather different lifestyle... I don't use a bank, plastic cards of any and all kinds, loans, property, credit, retirement funds, no assets, etc etc... nothing of money value in my life... "sue" to get what... my value is simply living life and perhaps help someone along the way... yes, I am fallible... I make and have made mistakes in my life... and this could be one... but I have no intent to harm anyone... my only intentions are to help find Abraham and bring some kind of justice to each and EVERY person involved. I never intended to be so deeply interested in this investigation, but seeing how I am... I believe that it is for a good reason. I began this journey without even realizing it... it was with one single handshake from Abraham Shakespeare pre-lotto... "He's my brother,

David H Barnhill is from Birmingham, Alabama, went to different schools, was admitted to the Bar different years, was a member of several small town groups who certainly would have known if he was not who he said he was.

Pretty sure David H. Barnhill and Howard D Stitzel are exactly who they say they are. Sure does look that way to me and I see nothing being offered to show me it is not true. If you put it in black and white, you should be able to support it.

Thank you! While a few of the associations make sense, most of this seems to be the work of imagination and people wanting pieces to fit together. Not to knock the purpose of the site or work anyone has been doing but this is the problem with the internet. Too many "instant experts"

My father is bipolar and probably mildly schizophrenic. He used to think someone was trying to steal his identity and whenever mail came with a misspelling of his name or god forbid someone else mail accidentally was delivered he went nuts thinking they were different variations of him and a conspiracy. This is shockingly similar because i think, in the end, you will find most of it completely irrelevant

Do you also find it odd that Stitzel leaves his own law office and Byrd changes the name - kicks him out and replaces him with Barnhill's name. Stitzel is the primary holder of both the law firm and the Stitzel Development Group. So Stitizel shuffles on over to the old tan house owned by Shar Krasniqi out in the citrus fields and puts out his sorry-looking shingle. This is a man that is holding properties worth millions. I"m sure Barnhill is an attorney somewhere; I don't think he's really with their law firm in Plant City. He knows them and they are using his name.

It may have been mentioned before, I can't remember. When reading it today, it sounds rather ominous, IMO. (I don't know if "ominous" is the right word, maybe 'scary' would be a better word?) I think I have trouble thinking that there could be more than one person (DM) involved. I don't want to believe that there could be so much evil in the world (and yet I read about it everyday). JMO.

I hope you're right- it's too much for me to grasp.

I think it's obvious that there has been a lot of papers shuffled and questionable transactions, much of which I don't understand a lot about. I do think there is a chance that some of the paper shuffling (for lack of a better term) might shed light on some underhanded business dealings that can hopefully be investigated and fixed, if possible. In my heart and own humble opinion, I believe that there has been theft/trickery in the case of AS and his disappearance.
