Maybe not his area of expertise, and what does EOA have to do with MR and his trial? Derstine's way of trying to bring the blame back on someone who has already been sentenced TLM. I hope Derstine finds better things to question about other then TLM and blaming her cause the jurors eventually will tune him out with his old scenario. :moo: HTH

and yes Macright...I would agree that there are many 28 year olds living at home, bumming it, free ride.....but I would not agree they are well rounded individuals IMO....28! A 28 year old living at home, unemployed, joyriding all day, suckin back the oxy's...is not my idea of success or what I would want for a 28 year old. Living at home due to temporary circumstances is one thing...living the life he was leading is quite another. IMO He is not at home building character and trying to make his life better IMO. What the crown is presenting is a portrait of not a lifestyle to be proud of at 28.:twocents:

Scoyne is not with Oxford County LE ... he is with OPP and is not a forensics guy or a gang specialist .. he was the lead identification officer in the investigation.

I can't provide a link right now but I remember reading that because of Blackberry's privacy policy it can take some time to get phone records from them. I'm sure LE was right on his BB and tried immediately to get those records.

I couldn't tell you, I've never heard of him until this case. Lots of great lawyers out there IMHO. Doesn't mean they all win their cases. So far for me it's on a scale of one out of ten, Gowdey = ten, Derstine = 1. :moo:

They didn't investigate because someone else may have and found it irrelevant to MR's case. TLM is not on trial, it's MR's trial now. HTH And should the Crown have known Derstine was going to obsess about TLM's choice of music, I bet they would have had that good old ipod songlist handy dandy. :moo: I bet the Crown will have huge amounts of information though on MR's BB and laptop.

and a really good technology forensic expert to boot. :moo:

Respectfully, I disagree. IMO, since MTR and TLM are connected to the same crime, it is imperative to dot ALL your i's and cross ALL your t's. With the magnitude of this trial, nothing should ever be considered irrelevant.
