Another thing that keeps coming up in my mind is her Hummer. It's such a high profile vehicle and expensive which can lead to more speculation. My hinky meter is concerned with the ex but all other avenues need to be explored as well.
 
The more I think about the People's Court episode the more I get furious. Normally you file a claim in your local court house to hear the small claims case.

This was a very vindictive move on the part of Dale to submit his case to People's Court in order for their case to be on national TV. People's Court doesn't call you, you put out info to see if they want to hear your case and if they want to hear it, then you get it on the show.

True. I was just trying to put Dale as being available rather then missing in action. I'm getting lost with FB comments and FACTS. :) Although MSM is not always FACT either.
 
If Dale is not available within the last 24 hours then I would think he was with Michele and very concerned for Michele. If Dale is available to LE then I am very concerned for Michele.

Really, it's getting more and more difficult to follow MSM. Everyone jumps the gun to be the "first" to report and then the story gets"updated".

Hard to accept anything as facts anymore. I will add following on FB when reported by a family member tends to hold some credibility with me as they are desperate to get out info.

I'm off to get dinner ready for DH who is working 6 am to 4 pm with the real job and renovating our new house for hours after that. BBL and I hope Michelle is found by the time I get back.
 
Same here Cold...going into RL now...Prayers and hope that Michelle will be found.
 
So far, I've checked virtually every news source available on this story, and the video I posted is the only one that says Dale Smith is cooperating with the police. So I'm thinking either this reporter got it wrong ... or she misunderstood what all other MSM sources were saying. :waitasec:

MSM can be incredibly confused and confusing at times.

Praying Michelle comes home safely, but so far I'm not feeling good about this case.

This afternoon Dustin who is Michelle's brother was on this radio show http://buckethead.realradio.fm/main.html He stated Michelle dropped off the twins to their father. He then said he sent her a text message at around 4:30 asking where she was. The reply was "Waterford" However, at the time he was on the radio today, he said no one can confirm she was in Waterford.

He went on to say her cell phone "Powered Off" at 8:01 pm in the area of Jessie Blacks.

I have looked for the conversation on the stations website and I can't find it. Maybe I'm overlooking it?

The Hummer was found on the "West" side of town. To me the West would be the Pine Hills area. If that's the case not good at all, it is known as Crime Hills.

Hubby has tried to contact the father of the oldest child, but is vm is full. He will continue tomorrow and I will update as soon as I can.

It has been very confusing here. Seems likes everyone wants to get their fingers in the pot and no one is getting anywhere.

I did drive to the area where she was last seen and there are posters out everywhere.

Thank you again and please say a prayer for Michelle and her family that she returns safely. I will get the info for TES and send it to them.

Also, Dustin said her Facebook was last accessed about 3 pm yesterday and he did not have her password to get in. Her FB was set to private this afternoon. Not sure what it is now.

I am sick....:(

There are so many confusing things to me so far. Ok, her 11 yr old was alarmed because she was not there when he came home from school at 3:30. But her ex- has said that she dropped her little twins off with him at 2:30 so she could go shopping? Didn't her 11 yr old know that ? Very confusing, imo.

There are a few red flags in the above timeline for me. I am suspicious that the 4:30 text saying " where are you?" , and the reply, are staged just to cover for the ex boyfriend.

Her 11 yr old was expecting her to be home when he got back from school at 4:30. So I do not believe that she dropped the 3 yr olds off at 2:30 with the intent to go shopping, if she was supposed to be home in time for her 11 yr olds arrival. That does not make sense to me.

Friends based their efforts at Jessie Black Saloon, near Belle Isle. They said detectives told them to focus there, because Parker's cell phone was powered down in the area about 8 p.m. Thursday.
 
I am getting confused, if the police are saying that her phone was manually shut off after she saw her ex boyfriend, of which, had to be at 2:30 PM, how the heck did she receive a text message from her brother at 4:30 PM with her responding back to her brother, AND then, have the cellphone ping at the location her car was found. This make absolutely no sense to me at all.

Once the phone is off, it is off and nothing goes through, unless they are leaving something out like, well the cellphone was turned on again and the text came through, etc., etc.

I wonder if her cellphone had a GPS in it in order for it to ping even if it was off?

Could it be that she saw him again later on?

I don't know. Just reporting what I found. It is certainly confusing.
 
Pre case synopsis:

Dale Smith says his ex fiance threw the engagement ring he gave her off the balcony of a hotel room during a big fight they had. He ran down 9 flights of stairs in 10 seconds, but couldn't find it. He thinks he's owed the value of the ring which was tossed and the defendant doesn't. So here they are. He's suing for 5,000. The value of the ring.

Michelle Parker says the plaintiff demanded she return the ring during a heated argument. So, she took it off and threw it 10 feet away from him. It's not her fault he can't find it. The defendant in a vindictive, mean man and she owes him nothing. She's accused of throwing it all away.

Testimony:

DS: “I actually met Michelle, probably 2006, we were dating on and off for about 4 years. We had our breakups here and there. We had good times, we had bad times. June of 2010 we had, uh, decided to finally get back together again and I had purchased an engagement ring and asked her to marry me at the beach on the pier down in Coco, FL, she said yes. She moved back in with me. We have twins together, a boy and a girl
JM: You have twins together who are how old?
DS: They turned three on (gives date).
JM: Oh goodness, okay
DS: So she moved back in and everything, it was going okay I thought. There's a convention I go up in Atlanta, GA every year, called Dragon Con, a big sci-fi convention.
JM: A sci-fi convention? Okay...
DS: Yeah, (he smiles a little and looks at her) I dress up in Storm Trooper costumes

DS: Yeah, the one in Atlanta is called Dragon Con, it covers like all the genres of science-fiction.
JM: Okay. And what did you dress up as for that one?
DS: Umm...I
JM: Do you have any pictures? I'm sorry, I'm fascinated. I'm sorry. You're a grown man, dressing up, I'm, I just, um, I'm, (she's smiling, teasing)
DS: I do on my Facebook. (shows four pictures of him as storm troopers and another one I can't tell what it is) I dress up as Captain America
JM: Captain America?
DS: A spartan from the movie 300
JM: Okay, and that's just fine with you, right (to Michelle)
MP: Used to be
JM: Used to be. Okay. So go ahead.
DS: Probably about 40,000 people go to this convention
JM: Good lord, What do you all do?
DS: Umm, party.

DS: And we were at a get together at the Hard Rock, we were there drinking, hanging out having a good time and we got into an argument.
JM: The two of you did?
DS: Yes, um
JM: What was the argument about?
DS: Um, I asked her if she was having a good time and she said “yeah, you know, this was what she's always wanted”
JM: What was what she's always wanted?
DS: To be there...
JM: To be at a sci-fi convention at 3 in the morning, wasted?
DS: Yeah, well, I mean we were having a good time
JM: A girl can dream, can't she (everyone laughs)
MP: Oh yes, Sky's the limit. (Everyone laughs)
JM: Yeah, really, sky's the limit for you. Go Ahead.
DS: Well then, she said, you know, this is all I wanted, you know, I just wanted to be around you and experience what you do and have a good time.
JM: She said that?
DS: Yes, that's what she said. And then I had made a comment, well then, you shouldn't have been sleeping around with Paul last year. And that's what started the argument. She started yelling and screaming at me (screen shot of MP shows her mouth wide open) and then she threw a drink in my face, and
JM: Is this how your relationship has always been?
DS: Uh...
MP: No
JM: I don't know he's not too convincing.
MP: For the 5 years that we were together I could probably rattle off seven girls, found in the house, emails, pictures, text messages, craigslist ads,
DS: Two, two while we were broken up
MP: He's cheated on me constantly and I've always tried to keep it together for the kids and would forgive and forgive and this was the final straw. And when you're ready to hear, obviously, my side, and let him finish, I'll tell you what happened.

JM: Yeah, but what happened that...is this how it's always been between you two?
MP: No, he's pretty hot-tempered
JM: It's not normal behavior to throw a drink in someone's face and have that kind of fight
MP: He gets pretty malicious and vindictive, he's a mean person, especially when he's been drinking. Any of the problems we ever had, it's always been alcohol related. And there not just
JM: Were you drinking by his side while this is going on:

MP: Yes, I'm drinking with him as well
JM: Because a lot of women when they think that their man gets mean when they drink, don't drink and they encourage him not to drink or something and vice versa.
DS: So I end up smashing my camera on the ground, cause I was a little angry and I didn't want to...

DS: I did, I did, well I didn't want to do anything to anyone, or her, you know
JM: So you took it out on the camera?
DS: I took it out on the camera,
JM: Okay
DS: and then we got to the hotel room
JM: Which is why he can't show me pictures of him in costume, go ahead
DS: well they're on my Facebook,

DS: and then we got into the hotel room, the hotel lobby, I went up to the hotel room, and then she went and got an Atlanta police officer and he got the hotel staff and they came up to the room and, they came in the room, and
JM: Why did you get a police officer, other than the obvious that it was starting to get heated, but?
MP: Well do you want me to start from that point or from the Hard Rock?
JM: Yeah,

JM: no, go ahead start from the Hard Rock
MP: Well we were at the Hard Rock, like he said, probably 300-400 people and we were all drinking and, again, he made a derogatory comment to me regarding a past relationship that I had with someone else. I never raised my voice, I never yelled at him, I just looked at him with that look like “I can't believe you just said that to me” and I simply walked away, went down the stairs, got 10-15 feet away from the front door and I felt somebody grab me and (grabs her left upper arm) yank me around. As he grabbed and turned me around he was holding on to me, screaming at me pointing back up to the stage going “get on back up on the stage, you ---you know and I'm like sitting there looking him like you're really doing this in front of all these people? And he said to me,. he's like “If you don't like it and if you don't get back on that stage you can go home”, and I was like “really” at that time, of course, bar backs, bartenders, security drug him out the front door. Security came to me to make sure that I was okay, they escorted me out the back so that I wouldn't have any conflict with him. So when I walked around front he was standing there, he was waiting there, he's like “'Where do you think you're going, you're not going up to the room all your shxt is going over the balcony.. Okay, well when I walked in I saw two police officers so I turned around, went right back to the officers so I told the officers what was going on, what was said. They got security, they led me through the kitchen and back areas and up the security elevator, got to the room, he was there, he didn't want to let me in the room. So the officer grabbed him by the arm and said “you're gonna come here and talk to me, you're gonna let her get her stuff. So he's rattling off...

MP: Just, “I want my ring, this is ********, just whatever, who knows. So there's two officers there
JM: What ring? The engagement ring?
MP: The engagement ring. I was trying to pack up my stuff as I'm packing up my stuff in the luggage that I brought from his house, which is his, but he let me borrow it to go to DragonCon, he told me that I couldn't take the luggage.. So where am I gonna put my stuff. And then I couldn't stay in the room, obviously, so then where was I gonna go. The assistant general manager of the Hilton grabbed me plastic bags to put all my stuff in. Meanwhile they're trying to find me a room to see where I could stay. All the hotels are booked. I'm crying. I'm like “where am I supposed to go?” They called another hotel to see if there was a vacancy that they could take me to and there wasn't. I ended up sleeping on someone's floor. Had to call...
JM: Who's floor, his friend?
JP: A friend of his who was down and around the corner and they actually told him (DS) to stay in his room, that if he was to leave his room and come within however many feet of me he would be going to jail. So back to being in the hotel room and I'm trying to pack my stuff. I'm packing some of my stuff into plastic bags and I remember walking into the bathroom and the officer's leaning up against the door holding the door open, he's standing like right in the middle and then there's another officer to his right, well my right.
JM: He's standing inside or outside?
JP: He's standing just outside the door, maybe about a foot. And then he said he wanted his ring. So I took it off and I threw it at him. (She pretends to take a ring off her hand and throw it).
