From the article-
"The body is in very bad condition," said Indiana Conservation Officer Mac Spainhour. "To the point we can't even tell if it's male or female or what race it would be."
Spainhour says whoever this person is, they have been missing for awhile. He believes the body may have been in the Ohio for months at least and with current water levels, could have floated from as far as Cincinnati.
"On this particular incident, when the water started receding as the body came down it got caught on some rocks and wedged in," said Spainhour. "Then the water went on and receded and that is what exposed the body."
Spainhour says the person is tall, but officials only had a few other identifiers. One was a pair of knee high black dress boots.
"We do have some jewelry," said Spainhour. "If the callers call in that can help us with maybe identifying some pieces of jewelry, that would probably be a big key there."
