Quite frankly.
Quite frankly.
If I had the time, I would count how many times he says this...hope I never have to hear those two words again.

I keep expecting JP to interrupt Jose one of those times he says "Quite Frankly" and say, "My dear, I don't give a damn!" lol
Lol! They sure have! Thanks for the logo pic! Pretty sure that's what he is wearing.
I agree. The purpose of Judge Perry asking JB to rearrange his motion and list what he "specifically" wants is so that the SA office can provide it, show it's been provided, or say no based on discovery.
He is requiring JB to narrow it down to what he wants that he doesn't have and "everything" just isn't going to cut the mustard anymore. Because according the the Judge........there's a difference between a crime scene tech and a lab, and an expert and a collector of evidence. He also politely reminded JB AGAIN that he isn't entitled to EVERYTHING.
Of course.......he is entitled to "ask".
Both. Concerned the jury will know what Casey was doing while Caylee was "missing".

Justice For Caylee :woohoo:
Come trial time, I'll be munching on Popcorn covered with Junior Mints and Muddy Bears ( Chocolate covered Gummi Bears) and Reese's peanut butter cups.
I feel sorry for Caylee and Casey's friends
can't even imagine how judge perry managed to keep a straight face there.
Wow, watching that clip was a surprise! A very changed and subdued Baez talking here. Not even one smirk - and he looked exhausted. It looks like two things have happened - he read the post interview press from last week, and he's had some pretty intensive lessons from a media coach somewhere. Maybe both Mason and Ms Lyon(s) gave him a "now hear this" lecture.
I think Ja tried the argument he made to Strickland that it was out of his jurisdiction and out of the courts jurisdiction and that the defense would have to go to those states and start their own legal approach to get the bench notes. IIRC the Judge did not fall for this, he said something like if it falls under 3.20 the discovery laws, then there are options. So, I believe JA has finally lost that argument. The court may have more power to get records than the State would like us to know. IMO
in regard to mockingbird i thought i heard jose mention black people in balcony - omg- is he doing a racial division on casey case?
Lol! They sure have! Thanks for the logo pic! Pretty sure that's what he is wearing.
This is a little off topic sorry. Just wondering do you happen to know about what time this was in the hearing? I see Cindy bending down, like she is reaching for something. I also see another corrections officer sitting behind Cindy and George. I wonder if Cindy passed a note to that officer and the other officer came and got it? TIA :blowkiss:
