• Metcalfe was contacted on Sat May 30 by police.They were searching the area. She told police that she had found the shoes

• Officers asked if she found anything unusual on e road. Said yes, told them about the shoes. Officers wanted to see them.

• McClintic told officers she and Rafferty ditched their shoes in the side road six area. Officers tried to find them.

• Based on information from Terri-Lynne McClintic Scoyne said police mounted more intensive search of Sideroad 6 starting May 21, 2009

• Showing the jury where the shoes were found, relative to where the Home Depot is.

• Scoyne says Metcalfe had the shoes in a plastic grocery bag. Police eventually seized them. They were told Metcalfe cleaned the shoes.

• Scoyne said police obtained Shaq shoes found by Metcalfe on May 30

• Scoyne points out that shoes were laced in peculiar fashion, tucked behind tongue

• Laced were tied "unusually", Scoyne says. It was important to the investigation, he says.

• In earlier testimony McClintic said she tied her shoes in that fashion
