Such a heartwarming story-James Haspel of Chatham NJ believed he was sending webcam images of his genitals to a 13 year old girl. Instead, he was sending them to an undercover police officer.

Police said he also communicated with the "girl" while on duty at police headquarters using a computer supplied by the borough for official police business."
