Just as he built a labyrinthine backyard prison for Jaycee, Garrido crafted a chilling, makeshift “cell” for Katherine in a rented mini-warehouse in Reno, just miles from where she worked as a casino croupier.
In it were sick sex toys, small mountains of *advertiser censored*, wine, a projector, a spotlight and rugs on the floors and walls to create home-made sound-proofing. Katherine was held for several hours before, by sheer chance, a police patrol stopped to investigate a suspicious car outside the unit and heard her muffled screams.

One of the Nancy Bocanegra I found born in Texas has the same date of birth as this Nancy Garrido. Coincidence?:waitasec:
She was born in Bexar, father's name Joe.
 
On a different thread is Geraldo interviewing step-dad Carl, and he said it was Nancy who did the snatching. He was dead on with his descriptions of Nancy and the car!!!
So sad that people didn't believe him, and more couldn't be done to find and save Jaycee sooner.
 
Neighbors who have met Nancy Garrido say her disturbing non-communicative behavior was even stranger than her husband's religious rants, according to the Telegraph.

"In some ways to me she is the real monster," Cheyvonne Molino, an aquentance of the Garridos, told the British paper. "She is a woman and should never have let this happen."

Molino said she saw Nancy Garrido and Dugard shopping together in a local supermarket this year.

Mrs Garrido’s role has stunned America, leading to speculation about her motives, her relationship with her husband and her own mental state. Little has been made public about her early life but it is believed that she was a Jehovah’s Witness when she met Garrido during a visit to her uncle in a prison in Leavenworth, Kansas.

We have heard almost nothing regarding this woman and it's driving me nuts. N. Garrido was not hatched or dropped from space. Where is this so-called uncle if there was one? I want her to face the same charges as P.G. They were partners in this crime so she should face the identical charges - he should spend the rest of his life in prison and so should she. She did nothing to help report this kidnapping and she had many chances. Plus, when visitors report to the prison, they have to submit identification, they must sign their names - plus she was married in that stupid prison - was there no paper trail? People can just walk in and get married? That's it? I'm ticked that so little has been spoken of this so-called woman - please let her not get out on a plea deal or an abused syndrome of one sort or another.
 
7/18/1955 is nancys birthday. Her maiden name is bocanegra.

shes got a looooot of family, bro and sisters. mom dad. all relatives are basicly "long lost". but have reconnected.

I am just wanting to emphasize this statement so that I don't forget. Once the attorneys start working on this I am sure it will be said that Nancy was a victim too, that she had to cooperate due to DV. They will conveniently forget about the months that PG was incarcerated, but Jaycee was still held prisoner.

and the name molino comes up again! This is the family that were friends with Garridos.. they owned some kind of car place where one of the missing and murdered women was found impaled on the fence of their business near the place where Garrido worked during that time frame!~

That seems alittle too much of a coincidence.
 
From public records, Cheyvonne Molino is age 63 and lives at 50 Blaine Ct, Pittsburg, CA.

might I add that the same family.. the Molino's is the family at which the pictures of the daughters were obtained. EEEEEEErie indeeeeedy!
 
Hmm, Cheyvonne didn't look 63 in the video that I saw earlier today. I can't remember what source; I've viewed so many links today. But, anyway, that is pretty interesting that her name keeps popping up. I guess she could be doing all of these interviews for money.
 
Lots of similarities between Nancy Garrido and Karla Homolka, IMO. Hopefully, Garrido will not be able to make some plea or somehow get out of jail earlier than normal.

Where did you find out about her family, or do you know her?
I'm sure you're right about the DOB, it's the same me and sfbaynancydrew found for both NG and NB.
But I couldn't find anything else about her or her family except the names of her (possible) father, sister and brother.:waitasec:
(Except she was probably born in Texas, not the Phillippines)

I wonder what Ms. Molino will have to say when and if it is determined that Garrido is responsible for those deaths, and particularly for the one you mentioned. Will she still be singing his praises?

they said that was not true. he was not incarerated after he kidnapped her

SYSTEM FAILED JAYCEE - 1ST RAPE VICTIM - WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE

He was not 100% truthful when Jaycee’s father asked him about Garrido’s parole violation.

Available federal and state parole records show that Phillip Garrido was released from a Nevada prison in 1988 only to violate his federal parole in California five years later.

No one seems to know what he did to violate it and no one thought to notify the State so they could also return him on his State sentence.

Someone needs to ask these hard questions and demand answers!
