Donna P: sitting in jail is best for Misty... time to detox and think of prison time... limited contact with outside world... she's not bright - can't figure out 10% of bond... best leverage investigators can get info out of her... things are starting to squeeze her and it's a good thing.
 
Dr. Glass: Hank loves Misty... could hear in is voice and tone... tears of endearment... quite touching to see.
 
so far i agree with dr glass.
 
Dr. Glass: He sees himself in his daughter with all his mistakes... level of education is lacking with grammar and how they speak... he's living off others and is a victim in life... needs to get himself sorted out.

re Misty - it's all about her... very self centered
 
Based on Misty's phone calls and visits, I don't think her atty has told her she is only going to get probation.
 
LP: lawyer probably telling her she's 18, not going to do any time, probably just probation on the pill case

Donna P: disagrees with LP... faces 25 year minimum... attorney not telling Misty this... hefty, long term minimum time
 
Levi, would you ask Leonard why, after the poor results he obtained after bonding Casey Anthony out, would he even think about bonding another similar defendant out of jail ?

Exactly, it would have to be a deal between Misty with her attorney and LE.
 
Saying she thinks Tommy is involved in Haleigh's disappearance. How many of you guys think that is true also?
 
Levi going over info on drug charges

Donna P: Entrapment possibility.... "poo poo's" the idea... not small time drug dealing...high level drug dealing... takes issue with LP's theory... not going to take a kid over a drug debt... other equally valid theories such as drug od... clearly a link between drugs and Haleigh's disappearance... Tommy will be first to talk... recent calls he said he was only involved because of Misty (drug charges)... history of talking when things close in (RC telling him to go to the mh)

There were pornographic videos of her found with the baby crying in the background, and it's possible that she made someone in the *advertiser censored* industry angry.
