Two brown bears kept at a restaurant (!?) in Sochi, Russia, have become addicted to alcohol after customers kept giving them drinks. Now they have been rescued by Brigitte Bardot's animal foundation and the UK's Big Hearts charity.
No Russian zoo would accept the bears, so they are being sent to a rescue center in Romania, which houses about 70 bears. Most of them have also been rescued from restaurants where they were kept for show. The centers hopes the bears' rehab will be successful.
