I am happy I was not the only one who saw it, was beginning to doubt myself.
 
But the tape timestamp is 22:03 and 22:04 that is 10:03pm and 10:04pm I thought they went into the room at 5am....Unless timestamp is wrong the times don't match up.
 
I have a ton of respect for Stephanie's dad. when he stated that through Stephanies death JVS would not be able to do this again and that she is a hero. All I can say about this man is WOW, what a truely amazing man. Inspite of all he is going through he see's the good that became of this and is treating his daughter as a martyr, which in my opinion she is. You are in in my prayers Flores family and Mr. Flores I hope that one day I can be half the person you are.
 
Noticed too on that video that the bed is not a poster type bed that Mark Furman reported on.

Wonder if we will ever get the right details. I think too much is being lost or mixed up in the translation to everyone including the reporters.

I bet the Chile Authorites did not let him sleep at all last night, and my guess if he though Chile was bad he will really find out what bad is now that he is in Peru, I bet they will use sleep deprevation on him big time...

Ahhh I see what you meant now. I thought at first you were referring to the lady behind the desk as being Stephany. Yes I agree with you now. She is sitting behind the red circle?.:)

Yes, he really looks bad! Like the comparsion to the Shining, you are right.

I thought of this when watching some of the clips on NG tonight and in some of the pictures here it sorta looks the same way...it looks like his right hand is much puffier looking than the left hand. What do ya'll think??

Looks to me like she's standing just behind the gray metal looking thing.

Maybe they are like many of us that have given up resetting the time on all these electronics every time we lose power. But if that is the case they would have to rely on the hotel staff's memory of what time it was.
 
It's possible that a translation of something like 'he used the broken (or part of) bed post like a bat' could be what how the bat came into it?

I don't think it's the actual room. Or if it is the room, then not their actual belongings and stuff. Wouldn't it be collected and bagged for testing, etc. before they let the news media in to trample all over the place? Maybe it's the actual crime photos? Shoot, I dunno. :waitasec: They do things much differently there, as we're finding out.

Not really...they would just note the time and timestamp for a certain time and that would give them the difference to deduct at any point.

at the first link, pic # 11 made my heart skip a beat (literally)
that is one creepy, scary look in his eyes
that's the stuff nightmares of made of
unfortunately Natalee & Stephanie lived that nightmare in reality IMO
