• Laces were tied inside the shoe, as opposed to the outside. Metcalfe made the same observation when she found the shoes.

• Scoyne said running shoes that were seized at McClintic's home - one pair of laces were tied in same peculiar fashion

• Police said they were looking for other pairs of shoes. Found two at McClintic's home in Woodstock.

• One pair had the laces tied on the inside of the tongue, like the shoes found on county road six.

• Court shown side by side photos of Shaq shoes and shoes seized at McClintic's home to show how laces tied same way

• On May 31st 2009, shoes were turned over to Scoyne. Centre of Forensic Sciences did testing on them. Looking for DNA evidence.

• We'll hear from forensic experts about the shoes later on, Carnegie says.
