Update of CBS live stream: LE states they don't know the location of the shooter at this point. :(
 
Hospital near the shooting has confirmed receiving 3 patients from the shooting. CBS Live

With the propane tanks all he has to do is undo the valves and ignite them and it will cause major damage and possibly multiple loss of life or serious injuries to anyone who is even a 100 feet or more. If those things blow the shrapnel will be flying everywhere. According to how many tanks he has it could be worse than what happened at the Boston Marathon.

I hope everyone was able to escape this madman. I would hate to be a police officer and having to face someone who is this dangerous.

Why do they have this on an open scanner? They should have it closed to officers only.

From the last reports I think his location is still unknown. I just heard on the CBS Live link posted on page 1 that there haven't been any shot's hear in about an hour. I imagine there could be several reasons for this. Perhaps he shot himself. Maybe he chose to stop for some reason. Also, he may have escaped (I sure hope this isn't the case!!).
 
CNN now reporting that it may not have had anything to do with Planned Parenthood or abortion. This does not conform with the earlier reports at all.

Very possibly unrelated to Planned Parenthood. This shooter was also shooting at passer-bys on the highway. There has been a NOCO Hwy Shooter Task Force established in the Spring of 2015 and 3 people were shot on 11/24/2015. For all we know...this is a relative of an employee or something? Ex-employee? <modsnip>? Who knows right now. There are many possibilities.

Thank You. From some of the news reports, it also looks like it may have been a botched bank robbery at the Chase Branch and the robber ended up at the Planned Parenthood location simply by chance as he tried to escape.
 
I just got home from work and watching CNN. They are now reporting the shooter is on the loose.

Sorry no link but I wish the reports would be consistent .

Prayers for victims. Sad.
