PA - Rapist taunts victim: 'Ha ha, I just gave you HIV'

Hoo boy, there is video of this perp. He needs to be stopped ASAP. This crime occurred in Philadelphia.

Police told the news channel the "violent, unprovoked" attack may have lasted for hours, and it left the victim with head and facial injuries so severe "to the point of almost being unrecognizable."

wearing a white t-shirt
dark colored pants
dark colored shoes

They should charge this guy with a hate crime as well as the rape. It takes a person full of hate to 'brag' about giving them HIV.
