Don't know about the SO - but can't find anything on J. Miller in either Putnam or Baker counties so I don't know about the filing that Croslin's mother did - that report came out of Daytona Beach so I searched Volusia as well - not there - however a J. Miller divorced in Volusia county in 06

I found that divorce record, but it did not seem that criminal records were on that site?

I hope LE is looking real hard at this guy. I'm trying to find out his release date...it looks like it was very recent because of the date of his photo, It would have been the same day he registered and usually they have 72 hours to register after release.

That is not his place of birth, just where he lived when they obtained his birthdate... I mean, it could be... But I'm not sure.

Gf's guilt about being irresponsible or leaving could explain some of the numerous inconsistencies in her stories. It's also possible SOME of those apparent inconsistencies could simply have been the result of hurried reporting errors (we know THAT never happens...). Like when papers initially reported she was a COUSIN (not gf) of Haleigh's dad.

I looked for Misty's Mother, Lisa... (Her last name is Croslin right? Or is it different?)

Anyway, didn't find any in FL... But did find them in TN, WA, and CO.

I wonder how close the school is to either of these houses, or a play ground or bus stop...etc....that perhaps he could have seen the little girl...found out where she lived...etc....

I still think the SO that Momtective pulled up seems really skeery. I'm sure LE looked into him right away! I hope they were able to search his home!

In the presser LE said they had just about searched everyone's houses in the neighborhood and were trying to get ahold of the owners of the empty places.. There are 44 registered SOs in a 5 Mile radius.

I'm going to give LP the benefit of the doubt because he's putting up 25K of his own money. But I can tell you why KFN is heading there. Only high profile cases generate donations, KWIM?

Please also remember that TES will only go in when requested by law enforcement or the family. LE contacted them in this case.
