Wow what a morning. Lunch break until 2pm.
I think we should call this "chartgate"
I guess he could back off a bit -- but the witness is really being obstinate too.
Good point, Credence. Who dropped the ball here? The DT or the MD. IMWTK.
So what did you all think of this doctor? I really believe he attempted to tailor his testimony and everything he said should just be thrown out. What a quack.
See you all after lunch break.
I'm thinking about going out & commiting a crime just so I can hire Walgren, et al.
Oh yeah. He's not a defense atty.
Well then. I wonder if I could hire him for something else.
How can he "assume" those are not complete records? MJ just did not go everyday ???
If he was so addicted no way could he go days without getting a "fix" or even more than 4-5 hours?
OFGS JVM thinks this addiction specialist blew the whole case wide open. UGH
I swear I am going to email her about my popsickle habit. (purely medicinal I use them for hot flashes)
I think the doc was speaking as a doc of addicts in that they usually have several ports in the storm for when they need to get their fixes. He raises a good point -- Wally might have asked the doc if he might be referring to CM... ???
Lorazapam and all other benzos, along with all other controlled meds... are required to be constantly kept in a separate "narcotics cabinet",
which takes 2 separate keys to unlock. And every one of these meds, pill by pill are counted twice a shift, at the beginning & ending of each
shift and must be done by 2 nurses, the oncoming nurse & off-going nurse.
Every pill must be accounted for or the off-going nurse doesn't go home, until the missing pill is located!!!
Thanks, peace. In your experience, do outside regulators ever come in and conduct an audit of the premises and the records?
Um, I think CM was not familiar with that regulation. I wonder how he secured them at his GF's place?? Ugly, ugly picture.
