FCA did steal a check from her grandmother's. When she came to their house for Caylee's 2nd birthday FCA stole a check from the back of her checkbook and went I think to Target and bought party stuff for the birthday party.
I have never understood how FCA was able to write all these checks? I have always had to show my driver's license when writing a check at Target...or any store actually. :waitasec:
I've never stole a check and tried to use it at a Target. Maybe the Clerks didn't pay attention to the name on the ID? I know when I was 19 or 20 years old I would show my ID to a clerk to buy beer. Sometimes it would work sometimes it didn't. Nothing ever happened to me though if I was caught.
