Thanks for the link SuziQ. They were going to a "very graphic" description of what was on the ground, so I turned it off. Its been a sad news day and I'm just not up for graphic description this evening.

But, my prayers to all involved, I pray the Angels reached everyone before the plane hit the ground and that families and friends find strength and support to help them through these tragic losses.

44 pax and 4 crew. one person on ground killed. Called a long term event. No firefighters hurt.

Oh jiminy I mapped my MIL and SIL's houses. They just live a couple miles from the site.
My nephew takes that commuter regularly.
 
Crash 10:20 pm, scheduled landing 10:25. Not a rescue effort.
 
ATC with pilot being played right now
 
All normal, no indication to problem.
 
Just on, all passengers have passed away.......no rescue now at all.
 
No response three times to ATC. Another plane could not see plane. First fatality in two years.
 
Plane was two hours late, I wonder why?
