This same type of stuff is gettin' to me, too....and sorry, but Kiirsi is kinda not lookin too right, either. I understand she is trying to help find her "close" friend...so I'm not trying to attack her. But, it's almost like her page has TMI about her...pics of some kind of stiches she does...where she's from, what her husband does, etc.....she SAID it was about SUSAN. So members of the church and others can get comfort/updates...which is nice that she has an area for that. BUT, she has many other pages about herself and her family...why the need to go into it again???

She was also quoted as saying that she called Josh at 3 pm on Monday to "let him know about his wife".....he was "driving around with the boys" and it took 2 hours for him to get back home. I was under the impression the WHOLE family was thought to be missing?? How could she tell him about his "wife" being missing AND, why would she think no one ELSE called him to let him know?? PINGS...PINGS...PINGS !!!!

Apparently this is also her "Pieces of Me" site...she keeps everyone updated with what's going on in her life, etc. Starting from July of '07. I went thru each of the "updates".....it's funny that for being such "close friends", she NEVER once mentions Susan....and, seems she's a pretty "modernized" LDS....not that I'm an expert and have ONLY my "perceptions" of their life being a little more "structured" .....NO offense to anyone....I just didn't think movies like "Twilight" would be something of interest or acceptable....again, probably my ignorance.

ITA -- Why would she say that, and not -- 'I called Josh's cellphone, and thank God he answered and that they were all right -- I told him what we thought, and HE told ME (Kiirsi) that Susan had stayed home and was not with him"????

Susan really is beautiful, and her smile is one of those that could light up a room, I agree :)
 
I wonder what a voice analysis person would say about the even-toned, unemotional way Susan's friends speak about the situation. That is upsetting to me.

God gave us our emotions, and I believe that we are to feel them and show them appropriately. He gave us the tools to get to the truth.

He was going around the neighborhood asking for favors? I know the Tim Peterson neighbor gave him a ride, and from what I've read that would be the first person to go to for help, but what else did he want or need? Or is that even true? If he needed anything, there are plenty who would give it --

Ahhh, yes. The flat affect. This is why when I see a particular girlfriend regularly on TV I have such confused feelings. Could be how she deals with stress, but...wouldn't most best friends have difficulty (especially as day after day goes by) hiding their basic their gut wrenching emotions?
Me? I don't know Susan, but thinking about her little sweet boys waking up each day without their mother breaks my heart. That's not something I could keep to myself. (Or would ever want to.)
 
What I mean by that is - according to Kiirsi's husband, someone closed the door in his face. Why wouldn't he go to the people he KNEW were supporting and helping him -- TO GAIN SUPPORT FOR POOR JOSH.

This just gets more sick and insidious.
 
And, I also now think the LDS is being used -- absolutely. I think this is dad's doing all the way. Josh, the actor, directed by his father, playing the LDS and getting away with it.
 
Good afternoon everyone! I went to visit my future son in law in the hospital and to pick up my four legged granchildren to babysit for a few days. Turns out he didn't just land on rocks. He went off a cliff and rolled till he landed on rocks aka boulders. He has three broken ribs, a leaky lung and has a chest tube. He will be ok, but is very very sore and loopy. On the way home I took State road 73 and went through part of the canyon in Ophir. I took some pics with my cell phone to give you all a good idea of the area. I will post them here as soon as I get the pics uploaded and figure out how to post them here.

Whoa - sounds like he was very lucky! Sore and loopy - I could hand the "loopy" part right now, but not "sore".

I live in Florida - I cannot imagine falling like that - it's just plain flat here.

I am really hoping that Josh's "stupidity", as convincing as it is, is seen through.

I totally believe that dad is behind everything and the LDS is being used for their "kindness" and "benign - we believe in him" - whatever I'm trying to say here.

I believe the LDS is being used by Josh's father and Josh.

To add a little more perspective to this: a blessing is where they are saying a prayer for the person. To laugh in the middle of a sacred prayer is, to me, blasphemy.

Here in Utah Twilight is a very big thing, and especially a big thing it seems to me with Mormons, the author is Mormon! So I'm not a bit surprised that she would be having it mentioned in her site.
I remember seeing on the news when the last Twilight movie was going to premier and people were lining up for it the night before.

Below is a link to a map showing State Road 73. A is where I turned on to SR73. B is Ophir and C is Simpson Springs Campground. I didn't go as far as the campground as I turned on the road that took me home. I only went about three miles into Ophir Canyon because the road was very icy and had more snow the further up I went. I was just me and two little dogs, cell service is spotty and it's a mile from a farm. I hope the links work for y'all. One positive is there were people out in the dessert 4 wheeling. Maybe someone will come across something. ETA: the snow you see has been like that for six weeks. So it would have been like that and snowing if Josh went out there. Bad conditions.

It's very interesting. Made me think about LE wanting these tapes. I wonder what's on the tapes that ended up on the cutting room floor.
