The weather is supposed to be pretty cold and rainy there this weekend. Josh may take the kids out to the woods for s'mores. Hopefully not to Canada, and hopefully no one gets "lost in the woods." Argggh.
 
Here is an article with a mistake but it says the Cox family did not report that FB page that was against Josh. So it must have been Josh or Kirris and crew. The family did not start the 42k people FB page. It was Kiirsi.

A different page created by Susan Powell's family, which has 42,000 members, tends to filter and delete offensive comments.

Typically, a page must be reported to Facebook for it to be deleted. A spokeswoman for Susan Powell's parents told The Salt Lake Tribune Monday that the family did not complain about Bleak's page.

Susan Powell, a Salt Lake City mother of two, has been missing since Dec. 7, 2009. She was last seen by her husband Josh Powell, who said he left on a winter camping trip with the couple's children around midnight that day. Police were not able to confirm that story. Josh Powell has since moved out of the house he shared with his wife and moved his children to Washington State.

The Cox's can also down the road file a civil suit against Josh for the murder of their daughter. That will be big in getting the custody of the kids.

Thought I better correct that. It can't be Josh because Kiirsi says he does not watch any reports on tv or get on the internet.

Who cares if little ones get frosting on the floor/carpet of whatever color? ..even reds, blues, etc
But, use with caution chemicals (from actual label) can make hands red, chafed, even skin fall off. Take care now.

For sure good Dr, but am truly hoping that the legal system will prevail even before a civil suit is necessary. It is my wish that the Coxs' have made a unilateral and secretive decision to make a move when the time is right, and whatever comes first given info that kiki has shared about grandparent's rights in WA.

Maybe we should focus more on folks (grandparents) residing in WA pressing for same in that state. The only state that does not have grandparent rights, seriously !?!

In order to report a fb page and have them remove it you need to have a
legal reason.

I don't think Kiirsi did it.
She has no legal reason and IMO I don't think she really cares what was
being said about Josh on that page one way or the other.

IMO Josh is the one who would have a legal reason to have them
delete it and I would bet his attorney was also behind it!

Grandparents have no rights in Utah either!
I know someone posted a link that says they do ... but trust me they don't!
I know from personal experience!

As has been made LAW in other states: when children have NO others...the closest relatives are grandparent's. Even if not, they do have right IMO, to visitation at the very least. Could I ever withhold my parent's rights to see their "babies" too? No, not as it gives them such pleasure, and ME too! Who would ever withhold that?

As of the weekend of his big move, he had NOT gotten back anything that LE had taken from him, including his computer.

Kiirsi and the other administrators and Cox family do not have any beef with the other Susan Facebook page and never reported them.

There has been a fake Susan "troll" imposter who has been posting several times on both Facebook sites quite a bit the last few weeks. They have been acting like they are Susan and posting vulgar, explicit, sexual and obscene things as well as using pornographic pictures as their Avatar. The friends and family facebook group has several administrators who take turns keeping an eye on the page around the clock to delete negative posts and would delete those specific posts right away. The other Facebook page only has one person running it and several times she was away for the day and the offensive posts would stay up for several hours until she was able to delete them. It was just that she had no other help and couldn't get them off fast enough at times because she was away doing other things.

Whoever was posing as Susan and saying and doing those kinds of things is very sick and the proper authorities have been notified. That kind of thing is not a joke and maybe there is a chance that that person has something to do with her disappearance and is just playing a sick game. Who knows?

I think several people could have possibly reported the group just because of those kinds of posts being on there at numerous times for many hours.

That is just what I think could have happened as far as the group being reported. Or it could have been Josh's camp who reported it. I don't know either way, but I do know that Kiirsi et al never reported them.

Hello,

OK, I cannot imagine any other facebook pages unless working with/and condoned by family that would be working totally for, and WITH Susan.

Kiirsi, and the Cox family have been more than powerful in their search saying less than nothing. What unbelievable grace under pressure! I cannot say that I could do the same. God help, and Bless them.

No doubt LE with be interested in, and no doubt know, who implemented the other page, and who commented. YAY!!!

Washington's laws are VERY limited, if they exist at all. It is not cut and dried for the Coxes in that regard.
