Figures, but it's so aggravating. Same for hiding his history of carjacking, etc.

Seems crazy that his pointing a gun at her would be allowed in the last trial, but not in his own trial.

Asking her when she finally started to help LE because she initially lied to them. Decided she needed to help. She's saying they never got drugs from Davidson. Just came to visit. Rome said that was all they were doing.

Never saw Davidson sell drugs. never saw drugs exchanged between people who came there. Drugs were there, she smoked weed, took a piece of Oxycontin. No cocaine.

True, but indicates why they needed to steal one. And also rob someone because the rent was due and they had no money.

Judge questioning Stacey about why she got uncomfortable. Had no prior knowledge of crime. No planning. Judge pressing why she felt uncomfortable. She admits he pulled a gun. Judge says she can't say that. Ahhhh, jury asking why she was uncomfortable and left.
 
See they want to know why she felt uncomfortable and left? Why the fridge not? This makes no sense.
 
Judge coaching her to say she was uncomfortable with the situation in the house.

Defense trying to change jurors question. Judge says nope.
