Great sleuthing JSR, I hope that the Judge will be presented with this at the hearing today. No doubt this should be considered as to what children in the Powell households are subjected to.

But yes I agree with you. If Josh thinks he will be picked up and arrested I think he will either commit suicide or run and take the boys. And if he doesn't think he can get away he would kill them IMO just to keep the Coxes from getting them.

Actually, he appears to be so dependent on his father, he might consider it a relief to be arrested so he can be with dear old dad, no matter where it might be. He has no job, no money, no prospects, and after today, no boys hopefully. Really not much of a future at all. Perhaps he will finally hit rock bottom and turn himself in. Not much to live for on the outside now.

I agree. If Josh is vindictive enough to the Coxes to keep gifts and scrapbooks of Susans from her parents then he's vindictive enough to kill his sons to make sure the Coxes never get them.

And I believe on the WS radio Susan's friends have said that a child therapist has talked to the boys but I'm not certain LE has talked to them yet. I sure as hell hope they videotaped the session. If Josh gets them back their testimony might be gone forever.

Yeah I hadn't seen that article when I made my post.

Not sure if that will come into play in the current custody hearing though, we haven't seen any evidence the Coxes have seen the old divorce filings.

Yep...that's what LE carted out of that sin-bin before SP's arrest. Word is they have a trailer load of evidence to go thru, could take months. IMO he was a busy little bee mass producing/burning DVDs for a source of income.

I am so thoroughly disgusted by SP and JP. As far as I am concerned, they are just alike. What one knows, the other one knows. Sounds like JP identified with his Dad at a young age, IMO.

Jennifer will make a good witness at JP's trial if she is called. I sincerely hope that the extent she has suffered has only been what she has already stated. I wonder if SP will try to make a deal rather than go through a trial?

Please let this Judge be guided by good common sense, and a true knowledge of how dangerous JP can actually be with the boys.
