FBI On To Child Porn Sharer
Reoffending sex offender alert.
Brian Radachy is a 50 something Registered Sex Offender. Now he's right up there with the reoffending.
FBI agents were tipped off after freakazoid was file sharing his perversion with other creepers online. Little boys with adult men. Way to go sc*m bag. He also told LE he's interested in boys from ages 8-16 because of their sexual imaturity. WHAT?
He's busted and being held for now. I missed the bail. Either way he's my reoffending sex offender of the day.

Hmmmmmm, Radachy says he's going to wait for the Grand Jury.
At least we know he'll remain in prison for a little bit. 60 CD's with pornographic images of kids. Da*n reoffending sex offender.

I hope the creep gets a long, long, sentence.

I want the long sentences too but I worry about guilty pleas. Without a "messy" trial, how are we going to find all the victims? If you counted up the number of child porn traders/producers we've covered who've been arrested, there would have to be thousands of victims. Where in the heck are these children and teens?
Without trials, how are communities and families going to know exactly what is going on? This is driving me nuts. I think I've read close to 30-40 cases in the last couple of months where the feds accepted a guilty plea ("saving the victims from testifying") and the guys got somewhere between 10-20 years. It's going to be a revolving door until we get some high profile cases covered in the media with some knock 'em dead witnesses.
Maybe that will come in the Mohler trial. Maybe.

As someone whos brother is waiting sentencing for child porn.....pleading guilty without a trial gets them a lesser amount of time in prison....they will still get 10 plus years....also as for the victims in the photos..they continue to search for them even without a trial. It also saves the taxpayers thousands of dollars by not going to trial.
My brother did not take the pictures, nor did he molest anyone...but the investigators was still able to identify some of the victims.
My brother is looking at 20 years.

If someone gets popped for kiddie porn, does the state try them, or is it federal?
We have a perve down the road who was arrested in December for 4 counts of child molestation and he had, literally, thousands of files of kiddie porn on his home computers... Well, he is out on $100,000 bond, awaiting trial. I checked him on CaseNet and all the child molestation charges are posted but there is nothing about the pictures.
We are also in Missouri... I have heard rumors that there is a HUUUGE ring in IL & MO that is about to be busted. I am not sure if that is true, or not, but if it is I can only pray that they monster is one of the people they put away for a good loooooong time.
Thanks!

There's definitely something odd going on in MO. There have been numerous arrests with very little reporting. If you don't check out the local arrests (and not all cities offe that info) and the FBI PR's everyday, you'll miss it. News sources are only covering a tiny portion of the arrests and I've noted that there's very little "chatter" or comments under articles about these arrests. How are community members supposed to know what is going on and keep their kids safe? I'm still waiting to see if these arrests are related.
I fully realize that the FBI and state police have a game plan. I just want to make certain that each victim gets the attention that he/she deserves. I agree that we're in Spring Cleaning mode and that the FBI has finally caught up to the level of technology the perps are using. The very same mode (the internet) which brought them together is going to be their downfall, IMO. There's great irony in that.
A little story. About two years ago, there was a young business owner arrested in a nearby city, Medford, OR. He was charged with being part of a child porn exchange group. He pleaded guilty and was whisked away to 12 years. My concern is that the local papers only carried a single line about it. His name did appear on the FBI site if you knew where to look.
The man owned a coffee service distribution company. In other words, he would go into small businesses and set up and maintain coffee services for employers that didn't have the desire or time to do it themselves. He approached one of my sons at his business to offer the service. At the time, two of my young grandsons were at that business frequently. Thank goodness my son couldn't afford the service and declined it. But how many other children did he have access to? That bothers me. How do parents even know what questions to ask if they are unaware? For all most people know, the man closed down his business and moved. They have no idea he's in federal prison for trading child porn.
