Do you think Misty went there to help, or was she taken in hopes being there would cause her to talk?
Was her attorney there? If not, why not?

In my opinion she had to tell them , yes she would go there without her lawyer....She still has rights. Actually to me it seems more as though the criminal has more rights than the victim, but anyway, I think she agreed to go there and to go without her lawyer. They couldn't just pick her up and say your coming with us.....could they?

IF she was the tipster I think she was brought there because they aren't finding anything which COULD mean that she has lied to LE yet again. It could also be because they wanted to get her reaction. All I know is, with all the hand gestures they sure didn't seem to happy with her. JMO

I just got home from work and have only been reading about five minutes, so I'm way behind. Scanning the threads, this one caught my attention. Misty being taken to the search site today is intriguing.
The only reason I can see for Misty to be at the search site is if she claims to know very specific details, and LE feels like they need her there to direct them because they weren't successful yesterday. I might be way off base because I don't know what I don't know yet.  Back to reading.

I think LE wants to narrow down the "search field" as much as possible. Even a small, suspected area can take untold man hours to search due to lack of visibility. If they can get a more exact "direction" from the dock where evidence "may" be....that will save a lot of costly time and wild goose chasing.

It could be any of several reasons, but it is interesting. I sure did not see her pointing at anything though, as was reported on NG.
Maybe she thought of something else to tell them or maybe they wanted to shake her up a little bit more. Lotsa luck on that, though.
She didn't look upset or anything... so I dunno.

Yeah they seem irritated. Better put our hands in our pockets so we don't strangle this girl. LOL
If she was pointing out a spot wouldn't the men be looking in that direction and not at Misty? Also Misty uses her hands a lot when talking.
ETA: No one is looking in the direction of the "point". All eyes are on Misty. Look around at all the men on the dock.
