WY - Timothy Jacob McCluer - 31 years old - Uinta County - 8 May 2010
http://trib.com/article_44960922-61d...cc4c03286.html
GREEN RIVER -- A Bridger Valley rancher has been missing for a week and authorities are asking the public's help in finding the man.
Uinta County Sheriff Louis Napoli said Monday that Timothy Jacob McCluer, 31, left his home the morning of May 8 to feed livestock at another location and disappeared without a trace.
"It's a most unusual set of circumstances," Napoli said.
Officials said foul play is not suspected at this time.
Napoli said deputies searched the ranch buildings and Uinta County Search and Rescue crews have searched the rugged country surrounding the area. Thermal imaging equipment was also brought in, but nothing was located.
Napoli said authorities are asking anyone with information about McCluer to call the sheriff's office at (307) 783-1000 or the Crime Stoppers number at (307) 786-2274.

GREEN RIVER -- Uinta County sheriff's officials are using every tool available in their ongoing search for a Bridger Valley rancher who has been missing for more than two weeks.
Investigators have followed numerous phone tips to a county hotline, searched the countryside on foot and on horseback, and last week enlisted the aid of Air Force helicopters that were flown over the area to provide thermal imaging devices to the effort.
They even had an interview scheduled later Monday with a psychic who volunteered her services.
But thus far, investigators haven't found a trace of Timothy Jacob McCluer.
"It's very disappointing to have no answers in this unfortunate case," Uinta County Sheriff Lou Napoli said Monday.
"We're doing everything we can, following up on every small lead we get, but for now, Timothy McCluer's disappearance is a mystery," he said.

SNIPPED>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>
Authorities were notified about the missing rancher by family members that evening. County searchers found McCluer’s pickup truck at the site, but no one reported seeing McCluer during the day, nor had the cattle been fed.....

So the cows had not been fed ? This is an odd story .....
