WI Neighbor Turns In Child Porn Creep Gets Him On Tape

With caution I'd like to thank Mark Debaets of Wisconsin for turning in his perverted neighbor. That would be Charles Kearns.

Debaets helps out around the neighborhood doing some odd jobs to pick up some change. He's helped Charles Kearns with his car. Kearns gave him some scratch I guess and figured he'd do anything for the loot? I have no idea why this freakazoid would just show a random person a graphic video of a 4 year old child being sexually abused?

Debaets said that is what happened. Next thing you know he asks Debaets if he wants to make more loot by photographing a 9 year old girl. Get out. Debaets figured this guy isn't going to shut up about this and got his recorder, and pictures of the 9 year old who happens to be hig GF's DD. He asked Kearns exactly what kind of pictures he wanted and he said something explicit.

"Yeah I want pictures of her. Her and her friends. If I wanted pictures of your girlfriend I can go down the store and look at Playboy". Something to that effect. Evidence and Kearns got locked up.

Woo hoo! Great job the neighbor did on getting the goods for the cops. Good for him. I hope there are no ugly sides that come out of this and it's just straight up good guy action. That would be so totally refreshing!

Sex is a powerful motivator but what is it about young girls that this weirdo had to have? He had a girlfriend so he had opportunity for sex. Is it the lure of something forbidden? This stuff just makes me sick and very fearful for my grandchildren.

I am so glad to hear that someone did what we would all like to do think we would without a second thought. It is a no brainer for us at WS that we would totally gather evidence and turn this freak in, but so often, the stories don't end this way. Way an uplifting thought. For once, someone did the RIGHT thing. Such a diference as opposed to the story of little Tehgan.

This is disgusting, but these people have a sexual attraction to children.
Its why they do monstrous things to them, and go to great lengths to hide it.
They know its wrong. They (usually as some sort of abuse victim themselves) know the damage it causes. They don't care.

And, there is no such thing as rehabilitation for these people.

Yep, I think we'd all be prepared tlcox to go in and collect evidence but so many of us as soon as he said he wanted pictures of the girl and her friends would have sucker punched this creep, and kicked his tail.

Hoping this all works out with the evidence. I originally said I was cautiously thanking the guy because the dude showed him a child pornography video. How this guy didn't just puke and then wail on this old creep I don't know.

Well, one little girl and her friends were protected. That's a great thing.

And I'm about to post yet another weird in Wisconsin case. Sorry Wisconsin, but what's up?

Seriously, Filly! It was awesome that the guy kept his cool and gathered the evidence. I think most of us would like to react like that, but I think you are right, most of us would go with gut reaction and knock his teeth out. Much better to get the evidence!

Im not sure about the pedophile deal but we have had our fair share of murders and serial killers, whether given that title (ed gein, dahmer, etc) or not (smiley face killers to name one)

Seriously though ive only seen a few open wisconsin cases and sadly most have been some form of sexual misconduct or another
