I shouldn't be surprised because I've lived here in Arizona the majority of my life, but this is so upsetting to say the VERY least.
It is disgusting how long this community has been allowed to do whatever they want. The lifestyle doesn't merely break laws, it breaks spirits.

It cost the good folks of Mohave county hundreds of thousands to house this pos and we were all gobsmacked when he got released here -- we were hoping that Texas would fix him up 'real good' - he has charges o/s there still (I believe).
