KS - Alicia DeBolt - 14 - Great Bend - August 21, 2010
Local authorities have enlisted the help of the Kansas Bureau of Investigation in locating a teenage Great Bend girl missing since Saturday night.
Alicia DeBolt, 14, was last seen at about 11 p.m. Saturday when she left her house to go to a party in southeast Great Bend with a 19-year-old male friend.
Shortly after, she failed to meet a friend of hers at a convenience store on east 10th Street, Holly said.
Alicia Danielle DeBolt is five-foot-four, weighs 115 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. She was wearing blue jeans shorts, a white T-shirt with the word "Haters" on it over a teal tank top, and white high-top sneakers with neon colors on the sides.
Monday would have been Alicia’s first day at Great Bend High School as a freshman. She was a cheerleader and missed a GBHS Panther Booster Club dinner Sunday night, an event that was very important to her, Holly said.
Anyone with information is urged to call the GBPD at 620-793-4120, 911, or Crime Stoppers at 620-792-1300 or 888-305-1300.

Conflicting reports of what she was wearing...
She was last seen wearing blue-jean shorts and a gray hooded sweatshirt with Jayhawk emblem on the front. Her hair was pulled back into a ponytail with pink ribbon, and she was wearing white tennis shoes with blue, pink and green stripes.

per NG show. LE officer being interviewed says she left the house at 11pm to go to a party. Her parent let her go because her curfew was midnight. Go figure!!

Our town curfew for minors is 10 PM. If my boys were ever out past that time, they had to make sure they were driving or being driven. The curfew has been discussed at city council, but everyone likes it the way it is. I'm glad!

They must be identifying by dental records if they hope to have a positive ID by tomorrow.
Waiting to hear on the 19 yr old, which is very probable, but this could be a gang/group beating, etc. too. Especially if the 19 yr old had an older jealous GF. Just sayin'. Some kids today can be monsters as we've seen here on WS. JMO

the only time my two daughters were out after midnight at age 14 was when our varsity swimmers swam at a huge invitational swim meet. They got home at 1 AM...I was a parent chaperone. All the parents raised hell about being late on a school night. My only innocent thought is that perhaps the 19 year old was a close "family friend". Someone that the parents thought was a pseudo older brother. Someone who would watch out for her. Something obviously went terribly wrong. I know this family is beyond going nuts by now so I'm going to chill out. My prayers are with this child's family and friends. On a sleuthing note, we all know this 19 yr old is POI #1

I heard on NG from some former detective that claims the 19 year old is in custody however when NG asked him how does he know this, the detective who is from another state indicated he really didn't know if the 19 year old was in custody.
