NY - Charles Ball - 71 years old - Jefferson County - Sept 2010

"The 71 year old town of Pamelia man was last seen at a construction site on Pleasant Lake Drive in the town of Champion.
He left there at around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday and headed to a location on Maltby Road in Tylerville.
State police took to the air in helicopters Friday in hopes of finding Ball or his fire engine red pickup truck.
Search teams also combed the area by foot and on all-terrain vehicles.
The aerial and ground searches were unsuccessful.
"It's just unbelievable that even if something had happened and he went off the road that we wouldn't be able to see his tailgate or something," said Ball's daughter, Lisa Safford.
Senior Investigator Michael Pastuf of the New York State Police said there is no indication Ball met with foul play and there has been no activity with Ball's credit cards.
Ball was not carrying a cell phone."
