Saw this go out on the TV a couple minutes ago, interrupted broadcast for emergency alert message. Right now sounds like a possible stranger abduction. NorCal and Central Valley residents on the road should keep an eye out.

Amber Alert issued for an 8-year-old Fresno girl
Police say a young girl has been kidnapped in Central Fresno.
8-year-old Elisa Cardenas was taken from the area of Mariposa and Hammond around 8:30 Monday night.
The suspect is described as a white or light skinned hispanic man, in his twenties, driving an older, tan or burnt orange pick-up.

Amber Alert issued for Fresno girl, 8
Fresno police have issued an Amber Alert for an 8-year-old Fresno girl, Elisa Cardenas, who they believe has been kidnapped. They will be holding a news conference shortly.
A call came in at 8:28 p.m. concerning an incident on the 2700 block of East Almond in central Fresno.
The girl was with a group of six other girls at the time of the abduction.

Fresno Police have detained one person in connection to the abduction of 8-year-old Elisa Cardenaz.
The person was taken into custody early Tuesday morning near a vineyard in Selma.
More details on the kidnapping and the person in custody will be released later this morning at a press conference by Fresno Police.

this vineyard (point A) looks to be between thompson and highland (as described by the reporter)... the name of the winery has not been reported yet that I can find.. just the location. Also, reporter says in the video that police are searching the vineyard :-( and they will have a presser at 6 am cali time

The suspect vehicle was spotted in front of the complex (apartment?) previous three days. Still looking for a suspect and vehicle. Appears to be stranger abduction.
