The attorney I think took pictures just for show.

Regarding the prayer video:
I've been on many searches and it is not uncommon to have a prayer said at some point during the day. Many times it is at the end of a day before everyone leaves.
I'm not saying they didn't find something, but I'm also not convinced they did. It looks too much like the many prayers I've participated in while on a search for me to jump to any conclusions.
Having said that, I pray that they did find Zahra and can give her peace.

LE did say they found "more evidence" but would not elaborate but to say "it's not a bone".

Photo of bakers rack in house #11 here: http://www.wsoctv.com/slideshow/news...31/detail.html
It doesnt appear that they were there in this pic, but they could be covered up by the large piece of wood. Note that the bags are now on two seperate shelves so its possible the cops placed them there. Who knows about the fridge since we dont have any pics to confirm it was outside. The fact that it is still in the house means nothing because the bakers rack was once outside and they put it back. What it tells me about the fridge is that it is definately not part of the evidence. IMO

Whoa! That pic is important.
I don't think there's going to be a finding 'her' but an effort to find as much pieces of her as possible and that will likely take a long time before they give up. Much like the recovery of Caylee's bones.

The crappy, sloppy, unfinished paint job IMO is more indicative of the other issues at play: laziness, lack of financial resources, and of course, an extreme obsession with an alternate "universe" that would supercede all reality. The paint was just setting the stage for EB's dark lair - not a careful decorating job where details are important.
FWIW - I'm not discounting repainting/cover up following a crime, I just think the original intention was to slap some black paint on everything to make sure Ms. GothicFairy's home was another way to showcase her extreme gothicness. IMO.
As far as little Zahra's room - I'm not sure. Maybe Zahra did it herself? I don't entire disbeleive that EB wouldn't take the time to do it either. I think image is so important to her - in a misguided way - that Zahra's room would be important to. Or painting her's pink would be EB's symbolic attempt to showcase how much Zahra didn't fit into their evil dark world?
|
Misguided, indeed. Were these two so deep into their fantasy that they -- or EB -- pictured her/themselves as the dark ones while little Zahra was the captive princess? Is that the reason for the stark distinction between Zahra's room and the rest of the house?

That table by the living room is too short to be a nightstand, coffee table, end table, maybe they used that as a desk. I see a phone book on top of it and other stuff. Perhaps that is where the PC was?

All my eyes, which stink, can make out for certain is the sickle thingy that it's holding. Whether the Grim Reaper or not it's a dark figure. I guess maybe that's why that porcelain doll stood out in EB's bedroom on the news. It didn't seem to fit into her "dark" world.

FWIW I looked at the video of KB leaving the house with the "dog" in her arms. Then I paused it and got hubby to look at it as well. To me it looks like a pit bull pup (live one). Hubby said it looked like a live puppy to him as well because the head was bouncing up and down some as KB was walking.
I noticed that there is a full length mirror (the kind you can hang on the back of a door) that appears to be painted pink on the frame with stickers on the mirror and frame inside of the closet on the floor. Then there are all of Zahra's clothes in the closet still. I didn't see Zahra's black shirt that she seemed to wear in most of the pictures we have of her. I also like many others want to know why neither AB or KB didn't take those things with them. Why not at least take the mirror? It appears that maybe Zahra decorated it herself. Guess that is just one more way that AB is showing everyone how little Zahra really meant to him.
Thanks to those that posted the picks on this thread for us to see. It is greatly appreciated!

The first time I looked at the bathroom pics, I wondered why they didn't paint the tiles around the tub. Looking a second time, I see black around the edge of tub where it meets the tile. That makes me think this area too may have been painted black and LE already removed that paint. Which makes sense...I can't really see anyone leaving the bathroom half painted like that.

Ok, to be fair, it was October, I have all kinds of decorations around my house during October that could look like I belong to an occult or worship the devil or something. It's Halloween time and we enjoy the festivities! And, yes, I have a reaper too....

See, I thought that too for a moment (that it was too small for a tv), but it looks like it has fold-out drop-style extensions, like a drop leaf table? The one on the left of the pic is out, and the right one is down?
ETA: but on the "computer table" side of things, DH says that the whitish/grayish thing laying on its side there on top of it (under the brown thing if that makes sense) appears to be a computer router for internet. He says there would not likely be information stored on the router that LE could not get from a computer, however.
