Child pornography charge filed against child fitness program co-founder

"An Acton [MA] man, who is the co-founder of a fitness and education program designed for children under the age of 7, was charged on Oct. 22 in federal court on a receipt of child pornography charge.

Brad Warner, 33, was arrested and charged in a criminal complaint with receipt of child pornography. The criminal complaint alleges that in March of 2009, Warnerknowingly received visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, and knowingly possessed visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct...."

Brad Warner of Acton entered the plea Friday in federal court in Boston. He could face up 20 years on a charge of receiving child pornography and up to 10 years on a charge of possessing it...."

Area youth-fitness teacher pleads guilty to child porn

"....According to a federal affidavit, Warner exchanged hundreds of explicit emails, including one in which he promised to send back "UNBELIEVABLE" pictures of a young girl he'd been spending time with. Prosecutors also said Warner received a video of a 7-year-old girl, who is believed to have been drugged, performing oral sex and having her genitals touched by a naked man...."
