OMG.... the earring. The earring Hailey was wearing when she went missing.
(So either she was at CD's... or... it was planted.
And, this 7-yr-old little boy rumor is ringing in my brain now.)

There is a couple different types of removal. 1 is emeregency in which a judge has to sign off and the kids need to be belived to be in immediate life/death danger. The parents (in the state of Iowa) are then legally granted a removal hearing with 48 or 72 hours in front of a judge
Then there is the second type of removal, which ISN"T an emergency but usually comes about when remedial counseling and supervision stuff has been ongoing and the parents are not receptive and CPS isn't seeing much of any progress in the remedying of the situation that involved them in the first place. CPS/DHS then ask for removal in a placement hearing.. where they ask for a change of placement.

NG: Rupa - says on 911 that BD says she was fearful in her own home. Hailey's earring is found on the living room floor at Clint's. Mother gave the red hoop earring to Hailey over Christmas. DD found one of the red hoop earring's. Clint's gf says she has been over there. Lady in hair salon says she saw Hailey on Monday. May believe that Hailey was with GF's son. BD called Feb 14 that she called LE-911 calls.
